Called back and received an an automated system identifying the company as 'WCA Subscriber Services.' It seems to be some sort of sweepstakes where you are entered each time you answer their call. Option 5, then option 2 to cancel.

This number called but hung up before I could get to the phone. When I called the number, the recording said that it was from WCA Subscriber Services and gave us a date upon which we had supposedly signed up. However, the name given on our caller ID was Broadvox LLC. I called them and the receptionist there was clueless.
