Paula, thanks for the advice.  I was charged for a jupiter jack on August 15, 2011 I do not recall ordering.  I checked my Pay Pal statement for August and no Telebrand charges were made.  I hang up on telemarketer so I don't know how they could have charged me for something over the phone.  What I want to know is how did they get my credit card information?   My Visa statement just came in the mail.  I was upset to say the least when I saw the charge.  I am going to follow your advice and hopefully get my money back.

I had $119.50 STOLEN from my debit card 8/3/2011 by Tel Jewelry Club out of Connecticut (Bristol, Hartford, Manchester) phone # 860 232 8478 (disconnected), I have made a police report/stopped my debit card also contacted   The Attorney General Fraud department Iowa. The only way these creeps could have stolen my debit card information that I can think of is I ordered a cozy harness on-line that I had seen on tv 1 800 777 4034, I will be contacting the cozy harness company to find out how and why my personal information was put at risk and who's name I need to put on the law suit!!

They did not call, I just received a debit on my bank account. They debited $71.85 from my account and have not been able to receive any information about them as well, because the phone number is not a working number.    I will also contact the police and the bank to let them know that this is a fraudulent account.  Thank you.

It happen to me know . Just spoke to the bank they are starting a FRAUD. THAT  company is a fool. I will not buy Jewerly from a newspaper clipping again

Call the police and make a report on it. Call the 3 credit bureaus and call your bank and let them know so they can stop any more internet transactions toward your card. We have to stop the scum bags.. I did.

Me too,  they  debited 2 payments @ 53. 79 each. Have know idea who they are, I did contact each credit bureau and the police and my bank so they can track them.

I had the same thing happen to me on 30 sept 09. I call that  number and it's disconected.i recalled that i placed an order for the adapter for the juipter jack hands free device over the phone. there some sort of jewelry trying to be sole to me. i pressed 2 for no i did not want it but some how i was charged 47.90 for it..
i believed i found it the number to call is 1-866-773-7818. this is the number to tell them that you were charged for something you don want. i was told that the jewerly was shiped out to me and once i receive it, just send it back and a refund will be credited back to my credit card..

Tonight, 09-30-09, i checked my account and i noticed that same phone and name, which had deducted 45.90 from my account. i know i didn't order anything from who ever this is. The only thing i can figure what might has happened . on friday i was trying to order the free adapter to go with the jupiter jack hands free cell phone device, the one that you can tune your car radio to and talk thru the speakers. i recall the automater service tryed to sell me some kind of necklace or bracelet. i kept saying i did not want the item. press 1 for yes or 2 for no. i kept pressing 2 and say no. but i think that automated service charged my credit card anyway.

Haven't noticed the number callin BUT on my card invoice shows purchase toward a "TEL*JEWELRY-COLLECTION" W/ the phonenumber 860-232-8478. There are 3 on my envoice on 7/29/09-8/05/019-&8/12/09 all these dates are on a wednesday!!! I didn't even go anywhere yesterday [8/12/09]didnt  evenpurchase anything online!!!! Haven't purchased ANY jewelry thats 4 sure on my card ever!!! all 3 are for the amount of $24.00 or something like that- when i seen this today i got the number off my invoice-i called- i think I'd have my # disconnected to... this is bullsh*t!!!They can use my card to make a purchase[s] WITHOUT MY PERMISSION but i cant even get atleast a damn answering machine or somethin ...telemarks goin to far!!! to call at unreasonable hours and on sundays aint enough 4them they gotta take our money 2 whether you say yes or no!!!im sooo pssd!!!!

Just to let you know I saw your message and quickly thought "oh crap". I called this number and still it says the number is out of service.  I did call though my credit company and filed a claim, and they are filing a dispute with the company, and I will have a credit on my next bill, I hope you were able to resolve your situation also.  From now on I won't be so giving to these telmarkerters, it's a sad situation they feel they need to scam us for a quick buck.  Hope you had luck with yours.

I too received a call from Tel regarding the Barack Obama Inaugural Plate.
I made a phone call to the 860-232-8478 and still the message says this number is out of service, I quickly made the phone call to my Credit Card Company to File a Complaint.. My credit company is filing the dispute and I Will receive a Credit on my next months Bill.. If you have also placed a order with this company to get this product... Call you Credit Card company Immdiately to get your money back.. Sad that company's have to take Advantage of us to make a BUCK, Specially in this Tough Economy.  I will from now on will not be so lent with Telemarkerts, these scams will only make their job worse from now on.
