Someone by the name of Aaron constantly calls my home for a billing of $905. The fact that they cannot provide any more information than the date of year and the name of the doctor just screams suspicious. I would like to know if they are actually a real company or scammers.

a certain guy by the name of jay called my phone telling me I owe $ for a procedure I got done back in july. He claimed my ins did not cover it so I have to pay 393$. When I tried to speak to him he was very rude to the point he yelled and talked over me. I told him i would call my ins to find out what was  going on he then hung up on me. I called back he continue to insult me! I as the fabulous woman that I am I told him he actually sounded as a very sad man and I will report him and hung up because I choose to be the better person and not speak to ppl who are rude and disrespectful. I googled the # and it shows these ppl are scamming us please do not listen to them they are liars who want to take your money.

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE WORKING HERE. I WAS TOLD I WAS PUT ON A PAYMENT PLAN I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AND I INFORMED I WAS A STUDENT AND COULD BEGIN PAYING AT A LATER DATE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS POOR AND THAT THEY WOULD PUT ME INTO COLLECTIONS, IN A VERY MOCKING WAY AS IF THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS BETTER THAN ME. HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND WHEN I CALLED BACK WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE WOULD PUT ME ON HOLD AND MAKE SURE NO ONE WOULD PICK UP AND  THAT I NEEDED TO CALM DOWN...I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND FINALLY GOT THE MANAGER AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY UNSYMPATHETIC AND REALLY DIDNT CARE AND MADE ME OUT TO BE A LIAR. I CANT BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, IT TOTALLY MESSED UP MY MORNING & MADE ME FEEL CRAPPY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY IT BECAUSE I AM A STUDENT WITHOUT A JOB CURRENTLY . :"(

These people called my mothers cell phone for me, and he got very rude with my mother. You should not call my mother and be rude to her. And I know that I do not have any health insurance debt because my insurance covers it.
Very rude, now they will not answer the phone.

Called looking for money for a bill being dealt with by insurance company He's so dumb he didn't even check on the insurance first. . He was loud and sounded as though he just got his dick hard and the sane girl walked away because it was so small. He was pissed.......... hahahahaha.

Kept calling and said they were collecting a bill that my insurance company had not paid last July (before I was even seeing the doctor that they referenced). I said I would pay it but I was driving and if she could please call back in about an hour. The woman said "Why don't YOU call me when you're ready to pay the bill, I don't have time for this!" and hung up.  She just called again... 6 months later.

creditor, rude one too...hung up and he called me right back!

I have a payment automatically sent every month from my bank to the original creditor, not to Medconn, so Medconn calls me every month to say that have not received a payment as scheduled. I never set up payments with them, I never even called them about the original bill, I pay the original creditor. Also their monthly "reminder" last month had the same balance as this month's "reminder". They are trying to make me pay more than I owe.

please tell them to cease and assist all calls. payments are being to the appropiate parties.I am an extremly ill person and dont need the added stress. Lawyer has been notified

I got a bill and a phone call from MedConn Collections Agency

The bill that it was an attempt to collect a debt that I owed to the Hospital of Central Connecticut.
I called to hospital to verify this agency and (after 20 mins of being on hold) found that it is legitimate.

The man who called me gave me the phone number 860 258 4906 to call back. I called that number and the number 860-258-4907 (which was verified by the hospital) and was directed to the same place. The man who answered said MedConn's phone numbers are 860-258-4904, 860-258-4906, and 860-258-4907.

My bill was over $600 and MedConn only asked me to pay 40%. Who knows, maybe if I waited longer I would have had to pay even less.

If this phone number has called you it is most likely that you owe money for a health care service you recieved. It is likely that they can help you settle your debts.

Same situation. Medconn- never had any accounts or anything to do with them. The man who called did not leave a name only a message to call back. I returned their call when I got out of work and there is no answering machine it just rang and rang forever. What kind of company doesnt have an answering service or a machine? I will absolutely block this number.

Received a phone call from a rude man- "wanting to verify employment" He did not identify himself in which I knew it was a personal debt collector.  So I called back & called back & called back ...The guys kept on saying to me "Are you kidding me..........4 times....I then asked to speak to the manager - manager got on the phone & started to get real snippy with me & I let her know that we will file a complaint with the attorney general- she told me to go ahead!

Received a call on my work voicemail from a ?Miss Austin? who did not identify her company or reason she was calling. Called the number back and it rang 20 times with no one answering. Thanks to this site I was able to find out that it?s Medconn, a medical collection agency in Rocky Hill. I?ve dealt with them before, and right now I have a balance of under $150 and they?ll continue to harass me until I pay it, I?m sure. I?ll be leaving my phone forwarded to voicemail.

Called my cell phone again after being told on Feb. 11 that they had the wrong number.  Was hung up on in mid sentence, and called back immediately, and explained to the woman (different that the initial woman who answered the first call) that I didn't appreciate being hung up on.  Also I advised if I received ANY more calls from their number that I will be filing a harassment complaint with the attorney generals office, and I do have their company name and address....

Called my cell phone and left no message.  I returned the call a few minute later and let them know I am returning a call I received from the number on my caller ID. They asked for my name, and I let them know that I do not give out my name (or other personal info) to companies I do not do business with, and asked them who they were trying to contact.  They asked for the number that was called, and he looked it up, and found nothing.  The gentleman said that it must of been a mis-dial (which I find hard to believe).  I asked him to remove my number from their list, since I have no business with anyone at that number, and he said he couldn't, since the number I gave him was supposedly not in his system....  

If they call again I will return their call and advise them that I will be seeking advice from the Attorney Generals Office in my state to possibly pursue harassment charges against their business....

I received a telephone call from (860) 258-4906, at WORK, the women left a voice mail with a return number and a reference number, NO NAME, I returned the call, she informed me in the most unprofessional manner that she was trying to collect a medical debt, I informed her I had insurance and that I had not received an EOB yet, therefore I would be letting my insurance company handle the bill first. She said she would document what I said and then advised me to pay it ASAP, and then hung up on me

calling me daily, leaving me messages, not telling me where or why the call was coming from!

i am tired of getting these calls on my caller id i have been working with the company to get this bill paid. i do not need someone with this attitude pestering me, and the only message they leave is it is important that you return this call.

Called my cell phone and I missed it, didn't leave a message.  Saw this post so I called from my work phone since I know the number always comes up restricted and it is indeed a company called Medconn.  Wondering what the hell they want . . .

Girl named Cindy left a message on my home telephone.  I returned the call, she asked for my name which I provided (still hadn't said why she was calling), then asked for my telephone number.  As I had returned the call in under 5 minutes, I commented that she had a short memory.  She responded that she called so many people in the course of a day that she couldn't remember.

I told her that I would not stand for her attitude, and if she continued, I would hang up.  She said, "Please do so I don't have to deal with your attitude."

Of course, I hung up.  

I assume they will call again and I will tell them to have the owner of their company call me from his home phone (unblicked number) and we will speak intelligently and work out whatever is appropriate.

I would advise EVERYONE to mke themselves familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They were put into place to protect us. Know your rights!!!!
