Got a call from this number and "researched" it.  Actually a VOIP phone system which is running on some non CT server, my guess is just bought ct phone numbers for a scam.  I sent their cloud hosted phone system a present...

Extended warranty telemarketer makes illegal calls to phones registered on the DNC list.  This one might be worth a small claims suit, $500 under the TCPA.

This number calls my work phone several times a week.  I never pick up - today, they caught me off guard and I answered.  I recited my name (because it's my work phone) and it took 3-4 seconds to hear the click and then the sound of very loud background noise.  I promptly hung up.

I put both my work and cell numbers on the CT DNC list SEVERAL times (not sure if you can register work numbers if you work for a very large, fortune 500 company, but I did it anyway).

Trouble is, it's getting to the point where I don't want to pick up my phone anymore and that's not good for business.  Why hasn't someone investigated this company?  Where is Channel 8 when you need them?

I've received this call multiple times this week. Today was the first time I answered and they asked for my father. I continued to ask questions and eventually to reamed the guy and asked for his manager or someone who spoke English because I could not understand his Indian Accent. He was offended and could not answer any of my questions which just showed he was a fake. I ripped him apart and told him to not call again. He better not call again.

Number has called multiple times.  Caller ID says CT Legal Services.  The person calling can't speak understandable English.  Asked them not to call again but 14 hours later they did.  A call to the number got a recording that referred to Pacific time so it's obviously on the west coast.  A real nuisance!

On caller ID it said CT Legal Services.  Trying to selling me something regarding my Nissan vehicle. So culling their lists from soemwhere regarding private vehicle registration lists.  Barely spoke English-much loud talking in background--organized scamming call center? When told to  "do not to call back again" they disregarded and have continued to do so...

This number keeps calling my cell phone. They don't leave a message, I called back they said they are closed!

This number called my cell phone at various times of the day, mostly while I was at work.
I answered 1x, and the person calling had a heavy accent, and was difficult to understand.
He started inquiring about my car (correct maker, but wrong year).
I asked what company he worked for, and how he got my number.
He then hung up.
I called the number back (as I found this very irritating) and a voicemail picked up stating that "the office" (didn't specify a company name) was open Monday-Fri from 7am-4pm. I called around 1:30pm during there operating hours and there was no way to leave a message, or request to be taken off their listing.

this number needs to be reported. called for a warranty but couldnt tell me what car or what company they are from. i said this sounds like a scam and the guy hung up. this cannot go on any longer. bunch of scammers.  

They claim to be from auto warranty check up place.  They can't speak in clear understandable English.  I just added the number to my phone's contact "Telemarketing Scumbags" so I don't answer it again!

Of course no message, just a missed call, they seem to call everyday at different times.  These people need to be stopped. Maybe they could annoy each other from a jail cell.

They called me twice. I did not answer. The second time I called back and the office said it was closed. Never identified the company in the message. Definite scam. Thanks for all the posts.

Heavy Indian or Pakistani accents can't FKN speak English worth a FKN damn obvious scam u hear kids in the background that's a tip off its no company real ones identify themselves and u can reach someone at least once but when u recall them no one no matter when u call they must think I'm stupid they know no English at all lmfao obvious scam I have reported them and their number hope it gets traced and they get prison time it's annoying harassment charges will be filed and when I learn which company sold my number or info to them they will suffer the same suit bad publicity and loss of customers mark my word dumb fkrs always get busted because they are STUPID

The caller ID lists the number as CT LEGAL SERVICES.  They hung up on the answering machine.

Next time they call, answer as your local police department.  Don't think they'll be calling back!

Got a call from this number. They said hello, I asked who 's this realy mean, and they hung up.

This guy had a very heavy accent. Looking to sell me something. I asked him who he was looking for and he couldn't pronounce my name so I told him that person was dead.
He then asked to speak to my spouse.
Really? I just told you Im dead and you ask to speak to my spouse? What exactly is so important to sell in this world that telemarketers have sold their souls. Wish this would all stop.

So I have a feature on home system that BLOCKs calls. It now blocks calls from this 860-271-7147 number. I wish it played a chainsaw number in their ear... Loudly.

Just got a call from this number and picked up, no one was there. Called back and the recording said to call back during business hours.

Where can i report this number. They called my cell asking for my husband. When i refused to say who i was or give them any information they said that they would have to call back because they are only authorized to talk to him. When i asked that he never call this number again he said he would call back later for my husband and hung up.. when you call back it gives the message that they are closed...

Sounds like you all have relatively new Fords (like me).  Must be that Ford doesn't do a good job keeping their client information secure.  

Called asking about the mileage on my car and they were the Vehicle Warranty Group.  The woman with the heavy spanish accent couldnt tell me the name of the company so i said i cant giver her any info on my car over the phone!

I have recieved 3 calls from this company trying to sell extended car warrenties. Ive asked them to take me off their list each time. Will also call from (860)238-0226

Got the call today.  called my wife's cell and asked if I was making my car payments.  

Lets answer and return the favor LOL state thank you for calling but we are currently closed please call back during normal business hours LOL

I missed the 1st call and checked here to see who they were. They called a second time, made it known i was not happy with their call, called a 3rd time and i was as mean as mean could be. Haven't heard from them since. Kinda thinking they got the point.

They call and want to know about Car, They can not even speak English, I hung up on them,
and will try to Report them. There ought to be a way to stop this happening on ones phone.
