It is a call center. They take calls for many service companies (they are called from by dialing different number) but I am sure they also do calling for telemarketers also. Anytime I see it I have to answer because I am getting an emergency repaire call.

Called for "IT Manager".  I send them to voicemail 3 times and they never leave a message

Called the warehouse I work in asking for the "I.T. Manager" ... twice now.  I keep telling them that it's handled by our corporate and hang up on them.

obviously they did not realize voicemail was recording...:

They called me todAy, nothing but dead air on their side. Pretty annoying, I know people in this area code and wasted a lot of time only to discover this is some kind of spoofed number, Indian call center peddling business to business magazine subscriptions. Had problems with them last year... they refuse to take you off the mailing lists no matter how many times you ask.

860-589-0220 called my business phone and when I answer there is just dead air on the line.  I said hello a couple of more times and no answer.  I just hung up.

860-589-0220 Is not a magazine company trying to resubscribe/sell. If it was I would not get: 'THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED'. Obvious this is a scam number, though caller ID shows Connecticut. This is just someone ignorant with nothing better to do. Call all you want even try a different phone number and state you will reach no one. KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF FOOL!!!

I sent an email to the Mark Farcey Company. Below is the response I received within hours of complaining, my original email follows their response.

To me it looks as though they are the offender, but are quite welling to correct the problem.

We keep getting calls from a phone number very close to yours (860-589-0220, Bristol Ct.).

There has yet to be a reply when we answer the calls, we do answer all our calls in a polite manner as we are a business trying to make a living.

But we sure do not need callers that have nothing better to do with their time, than waste our time and in some cases, cell air time.

The phone number that the above number is calling is 407-xxx=xxxx

If your company is responsible for these calls, I would appreciate our number being removed from your dialing system.

If you are not responsible, I apologize for wasting your time.

They called and left a two and a half minute message of some guy breathing. We have in the past gotten calls from people wanting to talk to the owner so they can update their info or send free magazines to us. I don't know if that is the same number or not as our caller id doesn't hold that many numbers....What a pain.

I've had this number leave me two blank voicemails in the last week on my new phone number (which I recently added to Do Not Call registry).

Ever since I got my iPhone, this number has been calling me non-stop and leaving me blank voicemails.. who ever this is really wants something to happen to them.. just saying!!! And its a Connecticut number!! I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE FROM CONNECTICUT!!!!!!!

Just got a call from them, sounded like i was muted and un-muted, could hear several people talking in the background, then just hung up.

Called to say they can help me lower utility bills. Based on the other comments here sounds like a number to add to my Junk list.

Trade magazine subscriptions

They call and leave no message and there is no identifier on caller ID

so annoying! they call and if they can't get the person, they call back and ask if they have an assistant.. no assistant available.. they try to get me to help them. I don't care if it's a free magazine. I'm not going to help you!

I did not answer.  They left no message.

I keep getting calls from this number, don't have a clue who they are and don't want to. They leave a VM that I can't understand.  Make them stop!!!

Have several missed calls from this number. When I call this number I get "NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE"

Called 860-589-0221, actually got to SPEAK WITH A LIVE HUMAN BEING (named Debbie).  860-589-0220 IS a telemarketing firm, and I politely but firmly requested that Debbie take put us on their do not call list.  She said she'd be happy to...we'll see

Yup, they called me as well...no one there, and not even the decency to hang up.  We get silent calls every day, I'm guessing it's whoever is running this organization

I've had two missed calls from there this week too. One had a woman talking in the background, the other sounded like a phone being place back on its cradle after a long pause. The id is 8605890220

I see missed calls from this number, with no messages, at least twice per week.  I tried calling it back, just to see who it was and the number was "no longer in service".  It is most likely a scammer who is spoofing their number via VOIP.

I have received a number of phone calls from this number. They are calling my work phone. They never say anything and sometimes they hang up before I do... little pricks.
