This is for Wolfman. I got the same call yesterday June 6, and the caller ID read "Obama Home Help-and the # on caller ID was 206-496-0483. They tried to tell me that they will  make a 3 way conference call and get my mortgage company to lower my interest rates. But before they can help me I would have to pay $125.00 for them to set this up. I said I will have to discuss it with my husband when he gets home from work and call them back. So this lady gives me an altogether different number to call back, different from the caller ID, and says to call Allstate Modification the # to call is 281-763-0426 Extension 5554 and ask for Mary Carter. Be very careful people. The Allstate Modification company is supposedly legit but the OBAMA HOME HELP is a crock.

They called today offering to install free security system in my house so long as I let them put a yard sign outside.

I'm having this same problem with Obama Home Help but the number is different :206-496-0483.  They called 4 times back to back this morning. How can I make this stop???

We get a call from this number several times a week. when you press to be removed they just keep calling.  and when you press 1 and yell at them they hang up on you. really tired of the calls

These calls I believe are from what used to be Rachel with card holder services.  I have been harrassed by these calls for years now.  Even get them on my cell phone.  Now the caller ID says Obama Home Help.  Same old song.  Telemarketers wanting to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.  Must owe at least $3,000.00 to take advantage of their services.  I have been able to reach a human voice several times in the past by pretending to be interested only to have the person hang up on me when I try to tell them "I am on the do not call list" and please do not call again.  I have also had one lady use very foul language before she hung up on me.  Have tred the opt out of future calls with no results.  Help, what can I do to stop the harrassment?

This number is related to the Obama Home Help call. It is actually a man named Jerry Joiner at 1-977-471-1911 ext 108 called Nationwide Mortgage Relief Center. According to my lawyer after talking to them about Mr. Joiner, my lawyer informed they have an FF rating with the BBB & have 10 serious violations that have yet to be resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I keep getting these calls even though I have pressed "3" to be removed from the line and then actually (twice) told a caller to remove my number.  In both cases where I could speak to a person, they hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to be removed from the call.  I'm going to look into blocking the call, but would rather shut them down.

They even called me in Vancouver BC. I didn't answer and I'm glad that haven't.

Called & hung up caller id said "Obama Home Help"-  waste of my time- especiallly since they are calling a business phone.

This # just called my cell phone--left no message!

I just had some fun with them.  Last week when they called I called them back and actually they said they would take my number off the list. Then I received calls from them every single day. So...they waste my time? I just wasted theirs.  Here's what you do. If ALL of us do this they will be swamped.  I pressed ONE.  I got to speak with a real person who is their "screener". I told them I was behind in my mortgage. They asked my balance do and I said $650,000.  Then she took my name and said she would pass me up to her supervisor.  So Mr. Slick gets on the line and I play along...he asks me all sorts of quetions and I supply tons of answers....we are a good ten minutes into this and then I break it to him and say; "Oh, I forgot to tell you one thing" He say's; "What's that?"  I say; "You've just been scammed. I've just had the pleasure of totally ripping you off for your time, like you rip me off with your call after call after call.... Man is he PISSED!!!!  He says; "That was the stupidest thing you could do...I'm going to call you back ever single night at Midnight!!!!"   I laugh my a** off and let him know my one and ONLY phone gets turned off and night and he slams the phone down!  Then every 15 seconds for the next five minutes my cell phone goes off with a "restricted" incoming call.  I just hit "IGNORE",....then he calls again, "IGNORE"...this goes on for 10 minutes.  It just stopped.  So...I anticipate I'm going to have to call Verizon and have this idiot blocked or traced. But hey I JUST RIPPED HIM OFF!!!!!!!!   YOU SHOULD TRY THIS TOO.....ALL OF YOU!!!!!!   THEY CAN'T STAY IN BUSINESS IF WE ALL PLAY ALONG AND WASTE THEIR TIME. TRUST ME....IT'S WORTH THE SATISFACTION YOU'LL GET WHEN YOU BREAK IT TO THAT SLIME THAT YOU JUST TOOK HIM FOR A RIDE!!!! BWAAAA HAAAAA HAAAAA

A couple of nights ago I received a call from the Obama Home Help with a 503-562-0089 number.  We got disconnected when it prompt me to press an option.  I was curious and googled Obama Home Help since I'm looking to do a loan modiification.  Glad I took the time to research.  Thanks to all who provided input so we don't fall victim to these crooks.

They called my elderly Godmother. When she told them to call me, as I handle all the Financial matters, they hung up.

Scam Artists. They are looking for Houses deeded to Elderly people to hoodwink.

When I went on-line to look up the name, I immediately saw that a lot of shady companies are using OBAMA in their name to entice the unwary. A True Mortgage Co would not use such a Name. Beware!

I live in Morgan Hill and have been getting calls from Obama Home Help with the number 503-563-0089.  I am on the "do not call list."  How do I report this violation?

I put my # on the do not call list I'm thinking it's a cruel joke because now my cell phone is ringing off the hook the following number won't stop calling along with several others

After talking my way through to the bank behind this (First Choice Bank of NJ) I demanded to talk to a supervisor (Rich Gayle) and they told me that the call center that they were using to source these leads was Charles Street Marketing. Their contact: Timmothy Novalis, 443-371-6911 x18. From the net, you can see that they are a marketing company that specialized in leads for lenders. Clearly they ignore the DNC lists.
