According to the company - the Director of Marketing @ Positive Energy is Bob Pagano he can be reached 855-565-7283 x 1013 Call him and tell him to stop the calls. Maybe when his phone doesn't stop ringing, he'll stop the calls.  

This company hires call centers that ignore repeated requests to be removed from their lists. I am trying to track down the call center itself to have them shut down. If anyone has any info on who, and where they are located please post it here.

How convienent " as of yersterday they are no longer dialing on our behalf"  I guess the part Partner Energy did not like when I told them they are representing PSEG and that I was going to bring it to PSEG attention.

Well I told her hopefully they are no longer dialing for Partner Engery because Partner Engergy are still responsible for any future calls I get from that number or any number that calls me representing them.

First and foremost, I want to apologize for the phone calls.  We work with several independent marketing centers who make phone calls on our behalf.  As such, we have strict policies regarding adherence to the National Do Not Call Registry, as well as our own internal Do Not Call List, and phone calls to these numbers are unacceptable.  



Per your request, your number has been added to our internal DNC list, and also removed from the dialers of all of our centers.  If you could provide me with the caller ID number that the calls are coming from, this would help me track down which call center they are coming from.



Again, I apologize for the phone calls.  If you continue to receive calls after today please let me know.

So I submitted to Wendy the number that we all have been getting calls from and told her I will not pursued further action againt Positive Energy and warned her if they continue I would put the complaint with DNCR and also will contact PSEG and tell them this company is so call representing them.

So I suggest everyone getting these calls do the same process and hopefully these calls will stop.

I am also having the same problem with them drive me nuts.  

So I found there website webinquiry@getpositiveenergy.com and email them to take my phone number off thier list other wise I would be putting a complaint with the National Do not call Registry.

So email them if you are having the same problem and register with the National Do Not Call Registry and if they don't stop monitor every call then put a complaint on them.

Literally called 3 times in a row even after I told them to remove my number from the calling list.

Caller ID showed this number as: "Positive Energy"
