I have gotten two calls to my cell phone from this number so far today. The first time they didn't leave a message. The second time they left a message but it was only about a second long so I really didn't get anything from it. I just heard buh... I appreciate all the other people reporting on this. Very Helpful.  I have been an Allstate customer for years but I know my bills are paid up. I never pay via cell nonetheless. Not cool.

It is Allstate and my payment is late and that's why they called.  But they don't leave a message.

Three calls to my land-line on 1-mar-2012 from 1-866-219-1145 within 4 hours. Robo-message (text-2-voice) on answering machine stated "... from Allstate, problem with my account, press 1 to pay. Response not recognized, good-bye."

This is Allstate automated billing system.

This number keeps calling me. It won't stop. I have caller ID and can see that it's this number each time, but I keep picking up the phone because I like to get really mad at terribly slight inconveniences like my phone ringing. Sure, I could just ignore it, but then I couldn't get all mad and bent out of shape over nothing.

Another thing - I put my number on the Do Not Call list, but they still keep calling me anyway. You'd think that people who are clearly trying to steal from me over the phone would be more respectful of something as wholly ignorant as a Do Not Call list, but let me tell you - they're not. They just keep calling.

I wish I could do something about this, because it's ruining my life. I think it may be worse than starving to death...or losing my legs...or that time my cable went out for three days and I couldn't watch my shows.

I receive 20 to 30 phone calls per week at all times of early morning and late evennings.

I get these calls from Allstate also.  How do we stop this?  I have my number on "do not call" list but still get this.  I am not an Allstate customer.

It is a valid Allstate number. However, pay your bill at the agent office rather than give credit card numbers over the phone.

Claims to be Allstate insurance with "...an important message about my motorcycle insurance". Only problem is, I've never been an Allstate customer.

I called back, did say Allstate.  I went thru the menu, it said my insurance bill was unpaid, asked for credit card payment.  DO NOT PAY VIA THIS NUMBER!  My bill was paid up, per my local agent.  Call them instead.
