Got this call on my cellphone, did not answer as it was on silent. Checked the listing on the number, which did come back as a TD number, which I found a bit odd to find on my cellphone and not on my home phone. Checked up on my TD file, not only was my cell number NOT listed on the file, I was marked as being a 'No-Calls' file. Highly unlikely to be legitimate (in this case).
