scam number...says they are cu west, credit union

C.U West card Suspended - callus at 866 245 2723. Must be a fraud! Regular business would NEVER text with account suspension info. Plus I don't have a CU west card and I don't know what it is.

got a text asking me to call this number and they ask for 16 digit credit card number.  yah right.

This is definitely a scam and even calling the number gives them confirmation that your number is legit and receiving messages so DO NOT EVEN CALL THE NUMBER AND CERTAINLY DON'T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I wanna know how they can send messages from tmomail.net without tmobile being able to identify them and shut them down. I called tmobile to block this number or messages like this or to see if they have a department handling this that could update me as they take action to stop this fraudulant use of THEIR name, and all i got was referred to the national do not call list donotcal.gov. I wish someone would take action against this type of criminal, if I were T-mobile or CU west I wouldn't rest until I had stopped them.

repeated texts "credit card frozen"
returning text does not register or go thru. How can this accomplish anything if some company is just texting people over and over? Cheesh. Googling produces numerous 866 and 877 numbers, all are bogus. Nice world we live in. get a life out there
