I have been called several times in the week by this number!!! Im a full-time college student who needs his beauty sleep!!!

I too have had these people call none stop. i think if anyone finds there adress let me know or just let it known here so me.. and anyone else who enjoys beating the living s**t out of them... can do so..
sevral times they have called within TWO DAYS!

I have had at least 22 calls last week from this number.  When I finally answered wanted to know if I still had a Visa, Mastercard, Etc.  Hung Up.  I do not take any calls concerning my credit cards.  needs to be put to a halt.

they use two phone # this 1866-2502640 and 1813-793-7643 they are calling from
land based in tampa east fl and something about hillsborought??????? they also call 30 time this week and the people are a**holes i hung up but they call one hour later also tyring to find info

same story only I actually answered it and no on eanswered; it just sounded like two people having a conversation when the phone called me on its own.

Pretty much you all are awesome for posting these comments. Called me 4 times today, before I looked it up on here. The next time they called I answered and said "Please do not call me again, I am not interested in anything you are selling, please put me on your do not call list." Then I hung up and I'm HOPING they don't call again. If they do, I'll be pissed!

after the 6th call of the week, 2nd of the day, I finally answered. funny, cuz i was JUST reading all this bu***hit they do RIGHT here. I told them "hello, i am not interested in your scam." *click*... they didnt even let me finish my sentence. a**holes. im gonna try to call them over and over again and not say s**t like i read one of u doing hehehe

I have a same problem. They called me every single day four five time a day, they talk so fast and try to make you feel like it will be a minute they just check or comfirm something that you already ordered lol...I know what did I order stuff or not and I spoke to them three times. Finally the third time I spoke to one of them. I told him he has to take my number out of the system no matter what way and I don't care. I don't want any body call again. If some one call me again I'll do anything to stop them because I have ne patient anymore let's see if they will call me tomorrow.LOL....Hope not.

I get calls every day for the past three weeks from this 866-250-2640 number and when I call back they keep me on  hold forever claiming I am the next caller in line. Its a scam and I wish someone would do something about it. Its annoying and it sounds like some people are getting really ripped off by these people.

I feel like the rest of you, they should be sued for calling cell phone numbers.  How in the hell did they get our cell number anyway. I feel like if I wanted to purchase or subcribe a magazine, Hell, I'll go and buy it myself.  I don't need someone to call me and ask for my private info, at least I think it's private.  The govt gives so much lead way to these companies that we eventually are victimized by this scam.

A LADY NAMED MEG CALLED THERE WAS SUCH A LOUD BACKGROUND SHE, SHE ASKED IF I COULD HEAR HER AND THEN WE GOT DISCONNECTED. I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHO IT WAS AND BECAUSE I WAS CURIOUS. I MUST HAVE WAITED ON HOLD FOR 5 OR 6 MINUTES THE COMPUTER KEPT SAYING I WAS NEXT IN LINE ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE CURRENTLY WITH CUSTOMERS. I DECIDED TO LOOK ON THE COMPUTER TO SEE WHAT COMPANY IT WAS AND I GOT THIS. SO THANK GOD I COUGHT IT AND PUT THEM ON MY REJECT LIST.

Same story, but according to the FCC, you can ask them for their name, their company and a number where you can contact them, and they have to give it to you.  Otherwise, they're breaking the law

I'm so glad I am not the only one. I checked my phone today and saw 6 calls from this number. I had no idea what it could be about. I called back, wanting to know and they had me on hold forever saying they had a call for me and that I was the next person in line. I'm glad I looked it up and realized it was a scam. I wouldn't be surprised it if was just one person, the reason they don't pick up quickly. Thank you for all your other comments.

This company has called 3 times per day for the last week. It is a magazine sale scam. You are informed by the first agent that you have won a fabulous price and will also be eligible to receive a highly reduced rate on multiple magazine subscriptions. At this point the representative then hands the phone to whom he refers to as his "supervisor." This OVERLY friendly person will ask you how well the first rep performed as he/she is new to the job. The supervisor then begins speaking as quickly as possible about the terms of the magazine subscriptions, only hitting the "sell points" and not telling you that your account must be automatically debited monthly. You are told that you  will be billed by your debit/credit card a one time shipping fee of $9.99 which will cover the cost of 5 different magazine subscriptions for a year. This is of course followed by a $39.99 monthly bill, billed to your card, which you gave them authorization to by providing the number for the shipping charges. My recommendation is to tell both agents to get real jobs or go out and become real crooks. Upon trying to call them back, you will receive an answer, but will be placed on hold and no one will ever pick up.

I also received a phone call from this number.  They've called me 6 times today.  I work all the time so I am unable to answer when they call, and when I tried calling back, same scenario, always next in line, but no one home.  Now where is it that you're supposed to report harassing telemarketer?  Keep in mind, they are contacting my cell phone which I know is a violation of something.  This is a cool site, glad to know I'm not the only one getting these calls.

Damned, after I got the phone, they asked my name. But I cannot hear very clearly about the left part. Then the caller hanged up. I am very angry

I have received a call from this number 4 times in the past 12 hours. I find it really annoying. They tell me ive been entered in to a drawing to win 1 million dollars. They also talk very fast so you cant get a word in. Ive hung up on them 3 times and they continue to call back. They are calling my cell phone not my home and when I called the # back i was put on hold and told someone would be with me shortly.

I recieved the call from 1-866-250-2640 .  theyve been calling for weeks, but ive never answered. I answered for the first time on monday.  THe man sounded very unprofesional,  he was giving me this bull s**t about "congradulations'  you quilify to win, but first let me get your info, so i can send you 3 magazines, for like 3 bucks.   he was goin on real fast so finally i said, bye!  then i got a call yesterday,  i wanted to know more about it then he was just about to sign me up,  so i told him "you do not sign me up" I dont want em!!  Get this through you head!!   I dont want em. I told him this about 4 or 5 times.  Then I asked for his supervisoers number, and he told me he didnt have it.  SOUNDS like a huge scam to me.  this is bull s**t that these people can do this.  does anyone know if company has a name?? cause i want it.

I called back last night... Got two people, Meg and Corey.  Just kept calling and not saying anything.  Really annoyed the hell out of them...  It was very gratifying...

Ive been receiving calls from this number for weeks!  Every time,  they keep calling for an Elgin Davis.  I have NEVER heard of this person.  Ive had my cellphone since Jan 2007.  Ive told these people countless times that they have the wrong number!  They keep calling.  Its really starting to piss me off.  There has to be a way to report them.

I have been attacked by these people too I have asked them to stop calling they called back the next day.  They ask for someones name that doesnt even live at my house. My number is on the do not call list.  These people have sent me over the edge the last time they called I asked to talk to the supervisor to get to the bottom of this and the guy hung up.  I think these guys could seriously get in trouble for this its pretty much harrassment.  I saw on the news 2 major companies were recently fined big time for violating the do not call list.  I would love to find out the name number and address for these people becuase I know an attny I think could help us.
