called my neighbor looking for my husband, i called them back and they were very rude & still wouldn't tell me what it was about and then didn't give me a chance to ask anything and then she hung up on me. hope she doesn't think we will call her back. she lost any chance she had of getting a hold of us.

We received a call from a neighbor saying this person from 866-265-5287 called and asking for me.  I called the number and the moron on the phone was rude and yelling at me and told me to shut up.  Why can't something be done about these calls.  When he told me to shut up, it sent me into a dimension of pissed off I have never been before.  I am also reporting them to the Attorney General.

These people are very rude and aggressive.  Got a call asking for a person that shared my last name and I have no idea who they are.  The agent said they used the "Relative Directory" and got my number.  I did a research on National Action Financial Services online.  Check it out there are many negative reports and complaints against this shady business.  Don't take any BS from these folks, definitely filing a complaint with my state Attorney General.

I am so tired of these people calling me, if they continue I am going to get a lawyer to suit the pants off of them

y dont u all just pay ur bills .....if u dont know the person there looking for then just tell them....if that person is u then step into the light and take care of ur responsibilty

This message is from National Action Financial Services (Marshall Maxwell). Not a call of solicitation but a call from a Debt Collector???1-800-443-2963 Time Sensitive matter.  Calls from unavailable, and 866-265-5287.  I do not answer phone calls from numbers I do not recognize.  I received this used phone from my son-in-law, and do believe that these phone calls were intended for the person that had the phone before me.  It is so annoying to receive these phone calls from Marshall Maxwell every day.  It seems to me that he just has a new way to con people to answer his phone messages.  I will NOT give out any information on my behalf to anyone I don't know.  I'm not that STUPID!!!

Threats, lies, intimidation and other assorted illegal activities. These misfits of society earn their money the HARD way, they break the law to do it. Keep both hands on your wallet, these over-paid and under-worked clerks are worse than a Buffalo blizzard. These collectors think that being a 'con-man' is a compliment. Stay far away from these Buffalo Bandits!
