spoke with Bank of America credit card fraud department and reported this phone number. This is not a legitimate Bank of America number. Do not return calls to this number or give out any information if you do answer...instead, HANG UP!!!!!

This is Bank of America trying to find out information on who or how they can get money from my dead family member. I told to charge it to their credit card. He did not think it was funny. Missy's extention is 30409.

I had a voice mail message from someone claiming to be from BoA regarding my dead mother's estate.  She died in debt and I am to be the executor of her penniless estate.  I didn't call back, since I wasn't ready to deal with the creditors.

This person is calling from "Bank of America" at my dead son's OLD address from years ago. Keeps leaving a message about an important call needing to be returned. I called it, the lady answered said "Estate Department". I hung up, this is not legit, needs to be reported to the authorities.
