But why is there nobody on The Line? Is it because somebody is not doing is Job properly may be there not talking The same language as me! Anyway I find that disturbing and insulting!

This is an automatic dialer that calls when payment is late.If you answer it advise automatically an agent
to take the call.However there ares so many people late that they are havinf a hard time talking all the
calls. So the system tries once a day until you answer.Once you answer, it will send you a msg saying
that payment is late.!
