scammers at work....  Beware..............

Same thing happend to me when I called back a recording informed me that it was sprint so I called sprint and had the number blocked due to the fact I was called 10 times that day.

Just from looking at the various instances where someone received a call from this number tells me it's a scam. If this really was Sprint calling, it would be the same routine each time. Customer service reps are always trained to do the same basic thing. It wouldn't vary so much.

Don't answer the call and absolutely do not give them any information.

I just got a call about 15 mins ago but did not answer. They left a voicemail that was half way cut off saying "to access your account information please call us back". SCAM! lol

Just got the call - 10am.

I got a call from them too.  I added them to my contact list in my cell phone with the last name as Answer and the first name as Do Not.

I just got a call from them, I didn't answer and called them back on my land line.  They do answer the phone as being from Sprint.  That is fraud right off the bat, why aren't they shut down?

It costs them money every time someone calls that number, so please everyone who got a call call them back multiple times.  Don't hang up until the machine actually picks up.  They won't get charged unless the call connects. so let it connect.

this #showed up on my incoming calls and i didn't ans being at work. i never get toll free # on my cell?!?! as a widowed lady, i have to be very careful! who has time for harassing calls?! barbie

they left me  a voice mail a dew times already but i google'd them before calling b/c there have been some 866 #'s that call you and then when u call back u get charged as an international call....be careful!

I just got a call from them...it rang a few times and no message was left...I tried a reverse look-up on it...it's not registered...I'm on the Do Not Call registry and I knew it must be a scam.  Be careful everyone..don't give any information to them.

Just received call from this number...from recent comments left I beleive it is someone calling pretending to be Sprint...they ask for account details. I had a problem with this before and I called Sprint, and they said, they don't call and ask for info. Be careful. I'm saving this number on my phone as the name "Fraud" so I know not to pick it up.

Im only 13 and i have been getting calls from this # all week. i mafraid to call the number b/c im always guessing that out of area numbers i dont know are probably phone raping pedophiles.this is seriously a scam. i mean if they were sprint they wouldnt b calling me b/c im not the account holder or anything. im just a little person. thats why i hate canada and their stupid mooses and scams. those mother truckers need to get a life. with their buddy and friend and guy crap. with their "hey everybody we're canada and we like to call people who have sprint, but we're really cards on demand. we're so freakin gay". - MSS

Just got this call.  They asked for to verify my billing address and when asked said they worked for Sprint - I was very specific and asked "Do you work for Sprint?" to which he replied "Yes."  Asked for the agent's last name and said he could not supply for security reasons.  Ended up hanging up on them.

Received two calls from this number today.  When I picked up the first time, no one was on the other end.  Let it ring the second time and no message was left.  Assuming it is a scam.

866-287-6944 called my cell phone today and didn't leave a message.  I looked the number up on this site before calling them back.  They had a message stating they were with Sprint and I may have overages on my current plan (even though I don't have any overage charges).  I was then redirected to a supposed "Sprint" representative.  When I spoke with this representative, I mentioned this site and they assured me they are with Sprint.  I asked them to remove my # without providing any account information, only my number.  I

then dialed *2 to speak to Sprint's customer service and they told me that it was indeed a Sprint promotion about the new plans they've released.  You can ask them to remove your # from their promotional list if you want.  The calls should stop after that.  If not, then Sprint can be held accountable by the FCC.

received half of a voicemail stating "to discuss a plan that would better suit your needs", and was left this number. looks like a scam to me.

They just called again. Last time was about 2 hours ago. I don't answer, and they don't leave a message. It annoys me that this is on my cell line. And yes, I have been registered on the Do Not Call list for quite a while. (And yes, I also go & update it yearly.)

This is a fraud. We spoke to Sprint directly and they stated they have nothing to do with this number.  These people may be trying to get particular password details to possibly access information on websites you frequently visit.

cards on demand is a canadian company and therefore not regulated by the FCC. their website seems to be a bogus one anyway you look at it. Also.. numbers like this seem to go from one to another company rather quickly. Best practice is to not answer ANY 866 800 900 0r other numbers you don't directly know. Then just delete them and move on...

Got a call from them today.  A woman informed me that she was calling from Sprint and that I had recently had unauthorized use on my phone.  Totally struck me as bogus as I had already talked to Sprint about it a few weeks ago AND the woman asked for my account information, even though she called me!

I hung up and called Sprint (via *2) and they informed me that there was no record of anyone from Sprint making contact with me and this was likely a scam as they never ask for your account information when calling a customer.
