Same here for over a year, they have almost $500 of my money!!  They say I agreed on the phone?  I did not!!!!  Pissed off!!!

this is National Union Buyer Insurance Company of Pittsburg Penn. They are a company that gets your information from Wells Fargo. The "relationship" with Wells fargo is loose at best. They sell life insurance ... something that is no where near the spectrum of services Wells Fargo offers. So this is clearly a partnership to circumvent the Do-not-call reg. I called wells fargo and chewed their a**es for this blatant disregard for my privacy. you should do the same. they will remove your info from any future partnerships.

If you have an online account with Wells-Fargo, go to your account and opt out of receiving telephone calls. My banker suggested this to me after calling her, and that's what I've done.

If you call the 866-297-2754 number after hours, goes to a voice mail system.  Within, it has a company do not call list.  Against the law to require to sign up on their list when calling people on the do not call registry but they do say they have an opt out.  If it makes you feel better, it is a toll free call and they are footing the bill.

We have been recieving calls every day. We are on the national do not call list and do not do any business with Wells Fargo so I am unsure why they are calling.

Marie Barbery . Leave a message requesting to remove you from their lists immeidately. Ask for the legal department and talk to 302-594-2458 and make sure you get your name removed quickly. Maybe they can find out where they got your name. It is a real stupid that the do not call list does not apply to these companies that have a relationship to company you have or have had.
Wells Fargo is labeled all over this phone# that disturbs you. AIG and fire union company. Call Wells Fargo Anyways and ask they remove you from all mailings. You may have had an account with them years ago. Who knows.. Maybe you signed up for some promotion or contest etc. Besides signing up on the do not call list, call your banks and credit card companies and insurance companies and make sure you are removed from all types of contacts so they do not sell your name or share with some non familiar company name.

YOU CAN CALL 1-888-528-8460 TO STOP ALL CALLS FROM WELLS FARGO & THEIR THIRD PARTY VENDORS.  It took me several hours of research and calls, but this is the number from Wells Fargo Privacy Policy.  You can also change your mail preferences at this number. It was a pain to find, but easy to change your preferences when make the call.

Wells Fargo is using a "collection company" loop-hole in the Do No Call registry to call people they do not have a relationship with and ask when their neighbors, who owe Wells Fargo money, are home and otherwise rat out that they are trying to collect a debt from your neighbor - a blatant violation of that person's privacy.  Since you are not part of Wells Fargo, they have no right to disclose even that your neighbor is a customer, much less that they want to reach them urgently about a financial matter!  Go to DoNotCall.gov and report them.  Local law enforcement will be informed, if there are lots of reports, they will be heavily fined for violating the law.  Also report them to the Federal Trade Commission for disclosing financial matters to a third party in violation of their privacy policy.  You are not part of Wells Fargo, they have no right to tell you anything about your neighbors but they disclose information just by contacting you about them.

I noticed one of the FCCs questions is what number was provided to remove yourself from the list.  Sort of undermines the purppose of the Do Not Call list.  May want to call 866-297-2754 after hours (avoid salespeople) to remove yourself.  Suspect if you have not applied and complain it may be dismissed.
