I would look up Paypal online, call their customer service number, ask them if they made the call and what to do about it. I would also check for unauthorized transactions.

Called and advised me that some one was using my information opening a "PayPAL" ACCT.

Advised that I obtain a credit report, but would not provide much more information.  Did state that they have my SS, Address and information?
