This is RED LINE RECOVERY SERVICES. They are VERY rude. They called my NEIGHBOR to leave a message for my husband to call me. Jay Riley Gates left the message, then denied that he even called my neighbor. He refused to tell me what company he was collecting for and then he hung up on me.
I called back to speak to a supervisor, was told by Jay Clark that he will xfer me to Mr. Flook - but he wasn't available. Then Jay Clark said he would xfer me to Ken Hardy - he has had me on hold now for @ 14 minutes

Same person as above called me about a debt the old tenant owes them.
'Jay' called me and asked for the old tenant. I explained to him that the old tenant died 5 years ago and has no family, as far as I am aware, around. 'Jay' got very abusive, threatened to send the cops to arrest me and remove my belongings. I told him that the debt he is owed belongs to a corpse, so if he can get back what is owed from said corpse, then good luck to him. I then hung up.

This is a collection agency who is trying to collect on an old Capital One credit card. This debt was DISCHARGED in a court of law in my state at the county court and my husband won his case against Capital One. This is illegal. They googled my property then found the neighbors' name and called her to leave a message for us. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will now file a complaint with the Attorney General for the state of New York where to operate as well as in Ohio. They are rude, nasty and are committing a crime.
