A man named Preston watson called me twice in the last week saying i needed to call him before 5 pm at 1 866 329 3564 regarding a certain case number and now i see that he is part of the takhar collection agency does this mean i need to call him back because i have an unknown debt or what?

This number calls me twice a day!  I have no outstanding debts or judgments against me so I don't know why a collection agency would be calling
