Been awhile since anything was said about Nationwide Litigation... they are starting to call again.  The number they used with me is 866-839-9144.  Don't let them scare you into anything.... it is a huge scam.  Warn family members to hang up on them.  OH, and they WON'T come to your work, home or anything so rest easy.  I would tell them I am recording their call so that you can get this to local police or report to the FTC... DON"T PAY A DIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been receiving phone calls from this number and I never answered them because I never answer calls from a number I don't know.  Well they call my job and talked to my boss saying that I had some charges against me and they need it to find me to serve me with legal documents.  There is a problem with this story.  I work for the Sheriff office and my boss submitted their phone number and all the voice mails they have left me at my job to the State Attorney's office.

I work for Nationwide Insurance.  This phone number is being used to call people to say that they have a claim with Nationwide and owe money.  If you were to call the number back, it takes you in a circle and you cannot speak with anyone.  I highly advise that anyone who gets a phone call from this number to call the Claims Department with Nationwide Insurance to verify information before speaking with anyone from 866-332-7541.  If you were to call the Claims Department, we can verify claims information and file a fraud report.  

This company has basically obtained your name and information somehow and is looking to get money from you.  Note that when Nationwide Insurance calls, they leave a full claim number, along with the Claim Associates name and telephone number.

This company claiming to be Nationwide Litigation is a SCAM! The owner of this company along with every person involved in this scheme need to be hunted down and burned alive. They are taking whats untrue debt collection in the first place to an extreme by threatening family members, making bogus accusations about criminal charges.

This company is running a scam to collect on payday loans that you either never received or if you did  receive them, they obtained your personal info and use it to scare you into paying a loan that you don't owe. However, some debts that they are trying to collect on may be valid. But the debts that they try & collect on are debts that have expired under state statutory limits so they try and threaten & collect "by any means necessary. They are in violation of so many credit laws. Beware!!! Don't admit to owing anything. Ask them to serve you with the papers and inform them that you will be submitting a request in writing for proof of debt. They will hang up.
