Apex Financial.  What is this??

Left a message saying to call them back, it was important to resolve an issue and that it was not a telemarketing or sales call. If it was important, they should have said who they were!

they also said please write this number down and call to resolve this issue, im not going to call anyone if they think im so damn dumb that i would call someone that i dont even know or care who it is.

They called twice this evening but asked for a wrong first name with my last name. First the guy was mumbling something about a "decision that will affect you locally and globally (sic)" he mumbled a name and this number to call back. It came from "Apex Financial" 703-890-0940 as registered in my caller ID. He then called again around 6pm saying it is important to call toll free 866-353-7364 ext 1293 even up to 8pm my time (PDT). I tried the 866 number but it did not answer as Apex Financial and said they were closed so "to leave a message press 1" or "to make a payment press 2". I pressed 1 but there was no message instruction for an extension nor a cue beep so I hanged up. This is suspiciously a fishing expedition for probable extortion.

they have been calling my wifes cell phone saying she owes money. they do not have an address for us or a correct ss#. reporting them to the MO states attorney office. Suggest that anyone else withthe problem with them do them with their states attorney. also same jerks called from 866-220-4233

Just call back and take care of your bill!

i got a call from this number 1-866-353-7364 I do not owe anyone any money and they could not leave a name of the company or who called. Like Im going to call someone in this day and age who leaves crappy information like that.    As for you  screenname you need to go f**k  just call back and take care of your bill. Whatever ! Why would someone pay a bill that half the time these days they didnt owe anything in the first place.  Theres no way in hell I would give any kind of information to some sleezeball collector over the phone even if I did owe. So go crawl back in your hole with the other slimeballs. Good Day .

Dumb *#@! called my home phone looking asking for my husbands ex-wife. Apparently they're pretty far behind in their information. Picked a the phone once or twice told them where to shove it. It was nice to have the stress relief of someone to yell at. The calls were irritating, but now I just pick up and bi@#ch away. Hey if they're calling to make my day crappy they deserve what they get. BTW - after you write a letter to the company stating they are no longer to contact you via phone it is against the law for them to contact you that way again.

call and call and call and never leave a message.  Will call from one number then call again a few minutes later from another number.  What a pain!!!

this callered called me as I do not recognized this number.  They say they are a company of Apex Financial??

(866) 353-7364-APEX FINANCIAL (COLLECTION COMPANY)-COLLECTING ON UNSECURED DEBT-Most Likely Credit Card Company or Medical Bill sold your account to APEX FINANCIAL.  They were harassing me as well until I called National Debt Assistance and they are helping me settle my debt and stop the harassing calls and threats.
