I got ripped off also for$88.97.and i call that #866-360-1477 an they told if they dont here from you in 3weeks they take the money an i only been on the pill for 7 days with no results OMG they are ful of S**T. he said there is no other number.ther has to be a way of stoping they im very interreasteding in doing what every it take to get my money back.

I am part of this new scam club!  LOL  My credit union said they have been hearing about this recently too.  However, if they give me my $88.97 and the company sends there T&C's, bonding me to it, then not only will I lose the $88.97 again but I would get an additional $20.00 for the bank fee.

I never got any product, other than the trial and I have not taken it so Amy, I can't tell you if it is ok or not.  I hate to sound like this, but, when I reached them by phone a minute ago, (oh yeah, forgot to tell you guys that.  They said they would cancel, but refunds have to be requested via email at the support@colonmed700.com), they were foreign and that kinda got me thinking too.  What better way to get Americans - attack them through their #1 enemy ~ FAT!  Think about it!

I am willing to go in on the class action suit with the other guy that mentioned it.

The same thing happened to my son. He called this company and canceled but the next month his bank account was charged.  He filed a fraud claim with his bank -Washington Mutual and they are investigating. They credited his account and issued a new card.  I guess this is a lesson to learn - No such thing as free trial kit.  If it is too good to be true, then RUN.

I also was charged the 88.97 for something that I never received. Ive called the number numerous times and wasted my daytime mins on my phone and am put on hold and then it disconnects. I just emailed the email address I got on here and am waiting for a response. If anyone has an idea on how to get my money back please let me know. I am a single mother of 3 boys just trying to survive in the military and that money was grocery money for my kids.

I was also charged, talked to the bank and was told I had to wait 30 after contacting the company, but I never got an answer either by phone or email with that company. Then just yesterday the company charged my acct AGAIN. No other product have been received since the 1st "free" bottle arrived. This whole this is such bulls**t!!

Please read - After receiving their "canned response" and refusal to credit I notified them that I had submitted a fraud claim against their company - surprisingly I got the following response: "If you have returned the shipment, we will issue a refund once a return shipment is received. Matt Newcomer".   I'm not going to hold my breath, mind you but I am going to cc: the response and include it in the product that I'm mailing back to them this evening.  I'll update this site with the outcome.   Either way I am taking the advice of Randall Brinson and filing a report with the Los Angelos BBB.  Good Luck everyone - don't just take this abuse, complain and complain - make them feel your Pain!!!!!

I have been charged $88.97 twice and still have yet to receive the acai product.  I have filed a dispute with my bank.  I just got off the phone with the company and they said they cancelled my "membership account".  They also told me that I had to email the billing support.  I am fully prepared to file criminal fraud charges towards this fake company.

I'm in the same boat as all of you..WOW!! Had no idea.
I also called for the first refund of 87.13.
Talked to a woman named Janet.
She told me I would get a refund in 7-10 business days...
then the very next day I was charged 88.97.for something i never ordered..
This is fraud..People can be so cruel ripping others off..
They will get theirs in the end.
I also tried to call just kept ringing.No Answer..
I pray God takes control on this matter for all the people out there getting riped off.

Same with me.. I never received the trial nor additional shippments.  I called they did ans and help but blamed it on mail issues.. He gave me both tracking #'s and said I can keep both products.  They DID say they will credit..I will have to wait to see that.. They did follow up with an email (same day) to state the same...  support@colonmed700.com is the address if that helps any one out there... hope you have as good of luck as I did..

called to get refund and he told me he would stop further shippments, but as for getting my money back , i would have to email for a refund. I wish i would of read these complaints first. I guess its a life lesson to us all.

I sent in for the "free" sample ($4.99 + $1.00 for shipping) never received anything. Called this number 1-866-360-1477 and someone finally answered. Told them my situation and that I never gave them permission to take the $88.97 out of my account. But he asked, "didn't you read the terms and conditions"...I said, " yes, but that was AFTER you receive the "free sample" and try it out first, and I never received anything!!" He told me he would "cancel" my account - which I didn't even KNOW I had and account with them! And refund my $5.99. Which I checked my account and it has been refunded. Called my bank and told them about it. They suggested I wait to see if I get a response from them first. Which I had emailed them and asked to refund my $88.97. If after a couple of days, I don't see anything, I will cancel my account, so they are not able to withdraw anymore money.

My husband ordered this sample product and experience is the same as others. I tried to cancel, no answer on phone, no way to cancel online, sent registered letter 2 cancel 2 weeks ago, no response and letter not returned. Got second billing today, but had canceled with cc company for future shipments (we are informed that will be stuck with one month charge), and will call again to protest next charge. I sent copies of registered letter to my cc company too. I have also contacted BB and Attorney general in both states with complaints.

Interesting, when filing complaint with BB, came up with new name for company, at same address in Davie, FL. There is a different phone number and company name. It is listed as Nubobi. I am going to send another registered letter to this company and call the new number that I found with BB. Number is 1 -877-350-8481. It is too early to call yet today, but will as soon as it is business hours. Also the zip is differnet than on my latest package of product. They give zip as 33314, but BB has zip as 33144, so will also try that. This is the address I found through BB: Nubobi 4650 SW 51st Street,Ste. 711 Davie, FL 33144 Vitamins & Food Supplements, phone 1-877-350-8481.

Good luck to all of us in getting this resolved, and the word out there for others before they sign up.

I guess I got sucked in too!  When my statement came yesterday, there was the charge for $88.97. After finally reaching the # listed on the statement after holding on the line for 45 minutes, I cancelled the product and I was told to contact support@colonmed700.com, so that I could get an RA to return the package. I did as was suggested but have no clue as to rather my e-mail to them was received. The product has not come yet, but the main thing is that I did not order it in the first place.  I have contacted my credit card customer service dispute department and they are taking it off of my bill.  Now I just have to make sure that I don't get charged again and again and again.  If necessary, I will cancel the card and use another one.

This is really a scam because the Terms and Conditions page became available when I accessed the website to request cancellation and the RA never appeared when I placed the so-called "free order."

I got charged too $88.97 without my permission, tried calling but no answer. Will e-mail this time to cancel it. Called wamu to cancel the card & they want me to do the "dispute." before they can credit me.
