DO NOT ANSWER FOR THIS SCUM BAG!  This is Scott Lowery, a bill collector who does not play within the law.  He re-ages old debt over the SOL. Report him immediatley to your Attorney General as well as the Attorney General in Denver where he is from.  Write letters everywhere you can to stop this man and his law firm.  We need to shut him down.  Sue him if he violates the Fair Debt Collecting Law, which he does often.  If possible contact a lawyer immediatley.

They call ALL THE TIME!  I have received calls before 9am and after 8pm, which is not legal according to the fair credit collection act.  Report them!  Have them shut down.

I received a call AT WORK at 11:48 this morning from a Joe Tillman with Scott Laury's Law Firm, at the above number, extension 1408.  I have no intention of calling back, because I don't take those calls at work.  And according to the Fair Debt Collection Act, if you tell them you can't receive those types of calls at work, they are NOT ALLOWED, by FEDERAL law, to call you there again. If you need to know your rights, Fair Debt Collection Act can be Googled; there's a lot most people don't know, and these scumbags HAVE to follow those laws or else.  Thanks for the heads-up!

Interesting. I recieved a call from this tn with a preson on the line claiming to be a representative from a company that I DO do business with. I recently missed a payment & the rep (Kenny) was asking for my cc or checking account # to remit payment. I asked if I could make the same payment online, Kenny told me I could & I did so without sharing any compromising information. Scary part his, Kenny did confirm my name & billing address.
The plot thickens.

This company has called relentlessly for over 6 months and every representative that I have spoken to on the phone assures me that they will remove my phone number from their call list, they have verified with me that they indeed have the wrong phone number by verifying my information. However, they refuse to remove my phone number from their call list.
