these piece of sh** keep calling me but i know theyre a scam so i play around with them they call themselves shapiro and price and jerkmeoff and company or some s**t.they call and you can just give them all the attitude in the world i reported them to police when i called these people they said they were in chicago and they told they cop they were out of buffalo and started calling her names and being rude to this cop mind you so theyre scumbag lowlifes.no worries theyre SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMERS!!!!!dont pick up the phone

This is some debt collection company.  The agent I have spoken to was rude and unprofessional and threatens litigation even when the debt no longer exists.  If you ever took out a payday loan this may be what the calls are about.

They have started calling again.  They had stopped for awhile, but now they are calling my mom house and letting the phone ring for a long time.

They called me at work and told the receptionist that if I did not call back they would send a sheriff out with a warrant for my arrest! I called them back and they had my info but could not give me any info on the company I supposedly borrowed from.

These people are rude and think they know the law.. They are minimum wage workers that try to scare you into paying them. They are collection agency for payday loans. They say they will put out a bench warrant for you to show up in court. so what. its civil. they cant touch you.

Just talked to a real attorney... They are a scam. They hacked a server and got your personal information. These are the lowest scum of the earth. if they ask if your social or birthdate is correct tell them to send you a letter. DONT give them your address. If you ever get a debt letter. You can take if to the Attorney Generals Office of your state and they will tell you if it is legit or not. Tell these people to shove it. Never give your personal info to someone on the phone that you dont know.

That is ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL.  I would contact the police immediately for Amherst, NY and report this as "threatening" calls and slander.  Do it - maybe they'll get shut down.  They've been operating as a buttload of other firms for years - but they are STILL NR Group and more than likely you owe nothing.

This week I have received several calls at work (a Government agency) from someone named Nicole from 866-377-5362.   She even threatened me with judgements and court, etc. finally after hanging up, I thought about what she had said.  The next day I requested something in writing, 2 days later I was sent an unofficial, unsigned letter with a payment arrangement.  I have never gotten such outrageous amount of money from any payday loan.   She will contact me again tomorrow and I am refusing any payments to this whatever type agency.  It is so obvious they are scammers.  They want my bank information but won't give formal information about themselves.

Shapiro and price called the personal Dept. at my job. A miss Patricia Baker.She left a message in the payroll Dept!!She told me my wages were going to be garnished!!I got scared and sent her the money.two weeks later I get collections for the same loan again!!!! You have to go to court first, before you get garnished!!!!!

A man called my brothers house for me from this so called law firm, I do not know how they got  my brothers phone number. My brother gave me the number, so I called to find out why they were trying to contact me. The man I spoke to was very rude. He stated that I took out a pay day loan in 2008, and did not repay the company that sold them my account. I asked for their phone number he stated he didnt have the number. He stated i took out a loan for 400.00 but legal fees, interest and court cost amounted to 2,318.00. I paid that loan back, so I dont owe them anything. The company name I was supposed to have borrowed the money from is Platnum B Services. That name does not ring a bell. I advised that I wanted them to send me the information in writing, he stated he I woulkd receive a Summons for my county court office. This is clearly a scam ! He alos told me the company that was suing me had closed down. They have repeatedly called my house for the same matter atleast 10 times a day! This needs to stop. Im not paying the scammers anything ! The number they called from is 1-866-377-5362 Also check the BBB they got an F rating !
