This ph# was on Caller ID. When I answered they hung up.

This number calls my house 5 and 6 times a day.  I finally blocked them.  When I called it back.  Their message says they are Luke?  Some how I think this is an illegal collection person.  DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY.  I don't know where to report him otherwise I would.
