I tried returning this call from my cell phone, got a recording saying this number not in service.

Thank you for the 1-888-298-1888 "to be removed from calling list" number.  I'll try it today and give feedback as to my results.
I HAVE BEEN PESTERED BY THESE PHONE CALLS WAY TO LONG ALSO.

I get 15 a day. I called the number posted above (Visa). They said they would take me off list. I'll report back.d If that works, whoever posted the info above gets a bottle of Dom and a steak dinner...

I have been getting calls from these idiots for 4 months, ENOUGH.  I got seven calls yesterday alone (on a Sunday).  National "Do Not Call Registery" is a joke.  I am going to my mobile phone carrier and they better move on this (do not block call service, something)!

I HAVE RECEIVED 15 CALLS IN 1 DAY FROM THIS NUMBER.   WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM, I GOT A RECORDING THAT THEY WERE ON THE OTHER LINE OR OUT OF THE OFFICE.  AND AS I'M CALLING THE NUMBER, MY OTHER LINE BEEPS, AND IT'S THEM CALLING AGAIN.  THIS IS GETTING AGGREVATING AND IT NEEDS TO STOP.

I want this number to stop calling my phone it hangs up n it calls multiple times every hour even on sundays

I just found out it does indeed belong to Visa Bank Card Empire. If you call them at 1-888-298-1888 you can be removed from the call list. It will take a couple of days but the calls will stop. I had to get a court subpoena to get the 866-384-4414 traced. But it was worth the hassle to have them stop calling!

We have gotten about 14 calls from this number in the last 2 days!  VERY annoying.  No one is ever on the line if you answer. If you do NOT answer, it rings about 4 times, then stops.

This number calls me more in one day than my kids do. When I try to call them back it goes to a voice mail.  It doesn't matter how many times you call it back or how many times you leave messages asking them not to call they still continue to call at least 5 to 10 times a day.

as soon as someone finds out who this is, please post it. this way i can call them every hour , every day and threaten them.

They keep calling me... I have told them I am on the no call list, but they keep calling!!!!!

When I just called the number, an answering machine came on and said you have reached customer service please leave a message (but didn't say who customer service was for)This number calls me everyday 4 times a day. I just log onto the do not call list and filed a complaint. So I think if everyone log onto the web site of do not call and file a complaint maybe we can put a stop to this humber.

Tryed to answer none. Called back No one here to call you back. This happens 4x a week.

Call comes in every hour of the day. How do I stop them, tired, and now thinking of a class action lawsuit.

Three months, daily calls between 2 - 8 PM EST.  Dead air when you pick-up.  If you call the number back, message indicates it is out of service.  How do they get our number ?

I really hope this isn't going to happen to me as often as it seems to for so many others. It is absolutely maddening being disrupted by people calling to tell you that you owe them money, HA! I hope someone tracks these people down & finds out who it is!

I have gotten two calls from this number in one hour! I can't call back but I really want to know who it is!

Just received another call from this number (several over the past few days) it is 8:45 here and I have a sleeping child, not so happy! They didn't say anything when I answered, and I too tried to call it back with the response that it was not in service!

This number has called more and more each day and I am getting very annoyed. I have not tried picking up the call.
