I suspect you'll just get a nice letter saying their Johnny on the spot after you take ticket numer 4 billion

I can find me with the info on the fax at whitepages.com. This is why I wondered how they could have name, city, zip code and fax # and not find me or my street address. Signature I think is what they are looking for to create false documents.

I don't know if it was a good idea or not but I faxed about 15 full pages of copies of junk mail to them...I wrote SCAM across the page they faxed me then all the other dark fully printed pages followed......If you do this be sure your address isn't anywhere on the mail......maybe they will get the hint!!!

We just received one too. Signed by the same Vice President, Jason Oliva as the others.  The senders address isn't even complete 365 N. Main St., Barnegat, NJ 8005!!  All this does is waste my time trying to track down if real or not..........and of course it's a SCAM!

I got one today as well. Same BS, address was a Mcdonalds in Fla. Our business is in Michigan, why on earth would I be getting anything from a fast food restaurant in Fla.? I wish our government would be more aggressive in chasing down these criminals. From the expanse of responses on this scam it seems this has been going on for quite some time. Please put these criminals in jail where they belong. Isn't it illegal to fax to numbers listed on the do not call registries? I still get scam phone calls on my regular business lines as well. Yet nothing seems to stop these relentless thieves.

Got one today saying the sender is from LeesSummit, MO.  We have no contacts in Missouri.  Don't fall for it!

Ditto just got the same fax but minw was from 590 Valley Rd Montclair, New Jersey....so I maped it and it is a curves (fitness center), yeah an automotive repair center would be getting a letter from curves in New Jersey.....I hate all the scammers latley they have been really bad.

I received the same fax this morning. (07-20-10) Our fax has Canon City, Co as the sender which is a Century 21 real estate company.
I just also received a phone call from a lady in Pa. that said our address was listed on a fax she received.
Not sure what the scam is, but would be nice to find out whom we could file a formal complaint with.
This makes it look like we are the culprits.

We revived a fax to day from a company called America Mail Ex-Press asking for our full contact info.  The state they are trying to deliver a letter to us.  I did not trust it, so I googled the name and found others are receiving the same fax.  Don't fall for these types of things, I someone needs your address and contact info, all they need to do is Google your business name and state.

Received a fax just like the ones mentioned before; however the sender's address is 5 Mill Road   Durham, NH.  These people are scam artists.  Wish they'd get a legitimate job.  Probably living off the government, like half of the US.

I just got a phone call from a lady who recieved this fax.  They used my companies address as the "sender".  I had never heard of her company or America Mail Ex-press before.  She also gave me anthony_green@americamail.com.  I can't believe they would use the addresses of real companies who work hard to make good relationships with their customers.  Now we are associated with a scamer!  This should be considered slander!!

I received the same fax today and decided to goggle the company. Nowhere to be found. Shipping from address 700 W 48th Ave, Denver, Colorado. rest of the informatin the same. Glad to find you all out there. I'm shredding too!

Rec'd fax from 915 Delaware St. Forest City, PA - address is for Forest City Nursing & Rehab... Although has same requested info from Jason Oliva. Shredded it also!!

This is still alive and well on 6/25/10.

We got the same suspicious email asking for an address line and a signature. We threw it out.  The other day we got a similiar suspicious email that looked like UPS with the same claim and when someone in our office clicked on it a virus struck her computer.  BEWARE OF THIS

Received the same fax this morning (7/2/2010).  Knew immediately it was a scam!  Of course we didn't answer and shredded the document.  I wish there was a way to turn the table on these people... they're the lowest of the low!  BTW our "came from" 4100 E Milham Ave. Portage Michigan, 49002. When googled this address turns out to be Stryker Instruments, makers of surgical instruments... can't imagine what they want to send to me!!!
