How did you get your service cancelled? I have tried cancelling a service and it takes 10-30 minutes after all the transfers and department changes and then you're lucky if you don't get disconnected during a transfer and then they say the have no record of your cancellation request.

The call was from Clear.net, the worst internet service since Netzero's dial-up at least they were free. I'm Cancelling the service its not worth the money I pay to get kicked off everytime I go online.

I canceled my service with them and they continue to cal me between 3 and 5 times EVERYDAY. Enough is enough. I do NOT want to come back as a customer!

These idiots will not stop calling. I cancelled my service over a month ago - because the service is really bad. Kept trying to tell me I would have to pay a cancellation charge - which is BS. In any event, if you don't have Clear - don't waste your time and money! They really are that bad.

This phone number called me from Clear or Clearwire to tell me there has been a change to my account. Yes I have Clear service. No I don't like Clear Service, the cust reps can be rude if you get upset because you can't get connected or you have slow speeds. The Speed techs are the worst and the guys on FaceBook are too.

No idea who this is but they keep calling. Don't these people realize this is why people have caller id?
