I got a phone from Metro PCS and as we all know with any new cell phone number you have the chance of getting calls because you have someones old phone number.I have no problem with that because I usually simply tell them they have the wrong number and they stop calling after a few times.That is completely different with Clearwire though. I have had this phone for about two months now and they will not stop calling. I get around 5-10(sometimes more)calls a day and I finally got pushed enough after getting a disturbing voicemail from them saying "don't deny it boy" in a muffled deep voice. I called and spoke with a lady and all she could tell me was that there is nothing she can do about the phone calls because of the privacy policy that they have so she can't remove our number off of there. She said if we can get ahold of who they are looking for and have him call and remove our phone number that is the only way.We tried explaining to her that we have no idea who the person is they are trying to contact and she acted like she could careless.Still getting phone calls at all hours of the day and this company does not respect anyone.please be careful if you do get a cell phone that previously had a clearwire customer on it because they will call and won't stop.thank you for your time.
