This # called us several times today, asked for me by my first name and said it was a courtesy call from Clearwater, Florida.  They asked for me by my first name and hung up when my boyfriend handed me the phone (every time).

called  i missed it but when I called back they don't answer

These people are real jerks.  They have called my cell phone no less than five times today and are asking for my ex-husband.  When I demanded that they stop calling my phone, the person on the line said, "No!" and hung up.  I'm not sure who they are or what they're after but I'm ready to call my service provider and let them know about this.  The behavior is tantamount to harassment.

I have received 5 calls from this number today. Each time I answer they say nothing and hang up. When I call the number back, I get a fast busy.

I am beginning to think that this is a conspiracy by the phone carriers to waste my minutes and force me to upgrade to an higher plan

this number called me three times today.  the first two times I did not answer, I usually never answer area code 866 calls, but the third time I picked up, they knew my name, and that they were calling from Clearwater FL and they wanted to tell me "personally" that I had won a million dollars.  I said: Oh that is such bull....  and hung up.

This number has called me no less than 10 times a day and everytime I answer it I get the same speil from them. As soon as I tell them to quit calling they hang up.

Numerous calls throughout the day.  Asked them to take my name off their list each time.  Each time, they would disconnect the call.

When I called them back to ask why they keep calling, they wanted my name.  When I told them I didn't want to tell them my name, they hung up on me.

Is there some reason these slimeballs are not being prosecuted for harassing me?

Free, nawwww-uhhhh, no it's not.  It's free to type in the numbers; then a FULL REPORT is indicated ... then ......you can get all of the details for $1.00 ....... then you put in your bank card, debit or credit card ....... then .....everyone gets your personal information, so you can obtain somebody who want leave a message aked / requesting that your call them back ...........stop answering it ....forget it .....no, sorry, they probably will continue calling until someone finally gets tired and answers the phone again.  'Wipe the (their) dust off your feet and forget it!'  I sure have.

I get 3-4 calls a day from this number but don't answer.  They also don't leave a message.  When I tried to call the number back I got the message that the call could not be completed.
