I got a phone call from a "restricted number."  They left a voice mail message along with a case number and their "866" number.  I called and they were checking to see if one of my charges was indeed made by me.

They just started calling me from this number yesterday, and already, it is driving me crazy! They will call my home phone, hang up, and then immediately call my cell phone. I have no idea who it is.

Got a call from this number, didn't answer, but they left me a voice mail.  Said they were from visa fraud prevention.  I haven't called back yet, but they did leave the last 4 numbers of one of my credit cards.

Called me asking me about my bank account automated voice wanting infomation. My bank never said they called me or had any problems with my account.

I just started getting calls from this number saying they are from Visa Fraud and it turns out it is legit. I called my bank and there was a fraudulent charge on my card. I`m suspicious of automated calls but they said it is a faster way to block the charges. Hope this helps others.

It is Visa Fraud Department. I called my bank and asked for the number for Visa Fraud and they gave my the (866) 395-3391. So it is legit! And its a good thing b/c some company in China tried 6 times in 4 hours to take money off my card that was not authorized by me! So if they call you its important! Call them back!
