A guy by the name Pat Summerland called me from a MO phone number 816-949-8511, told me to have ______ call 866-951-2348 but wouldn't give any information about why he was calling or any account/reference numbers.  F*** him and his company!

If you listen to the message long enough it says it's from Intergrity Financial Partners, apparently debt collectors.  Since I don't owe anyone anything, it is highly suspicious and a scam, most likely.

Its a collection agency so you should check ur finances

Colection Agency. If you call them and ask who THEY are the won't tell you.They want to know who you are so they can break your chop's about a loan you or someone you know had.

Its a collection agency. It their looking for money, call the banks who got TARP. Since they created this economic melt down, and written off the debt as a loss, it is what it is, a loss. I personally wish collection agencies would come collect door to door.

Don't bother answering.  I answered and it's a recording:  If you are ---- then press 1; If you are not ----- but can get a message to ----  then press 2;   etc.  The blanks were not even filled in with a person's name (just a pause in the message.)  So I pressed a number to speak with a representative so I could give them a piece of my mind and they put you on hold saying someone will be with you shortly!!!  After 3 1/2 minutes of waiting, the line went to a busy signal!!!   Time to report them to the FCC!!!

The call is now coming from 816-949-8529 and is doing the same routine. My phone number is unlisted and is on the "Do Not Call" registry. Incidently, I did not receive this call or any like it until after I signed my number onto the registry.

They are very rude!!!! You do not need to speak to them. T hey are a 3rd party trying to collect money from some sothjer organization. If they keep on callong, you can sue them for at least 1000.00. There is a lawyer who likes to sue these companies. The person pays the costs, you pay nothing. All you do is laugh at them, when they pay you your money. The name of the lawyer is Lemberg And Associates. Their phone number is 855-301-2100.

Report them to your stats attorney general.
When I had similar situation they responded back to me that they had contacted the caller.

I'm ready to sue!!!!!.. IFP , 816-949-8513 , you're absolutely  right, these people buys your name, s.s#, calls through out  the day and evening. And IF the FTC (federal trade commission) can't stop them..maybe a lawsuit of harassment will!!! YOU better watch out for ANOTHER # as well...DCS, they  call  you all  through different  time's  of day, about any debt they claimed was turned over to them, they call from a regular cell # ,from the State you live in & they argue, scream and tell you what you're going to do or else.. I'll like to give BOTH information to my lawyer, let's see who who's, in a lawsuit. Then they'll STOP harassing real people, who's trying to make a real living in USA..I'm ready to give up my citizenship and leave USA. Jobs are leaving , besides I have better things to get on with my life than to be annoyed and harassed by some IFP or anyone who harass another person.  Don't answer the phone or you can change your # or get a throw away pay by the minute phones. A person in MISSOURI sued a collection agency and WON, this was this YEAR, about a few months ago,.for harassment, .like I said,  maybe this is what's needed.

I am fairly sure that IFP Inc is a collection agency.  I was able to talk to a very rude person there but he would not tell me what they do.  Just wanted to talk to a specific person in our household.

Called me on my cell phone with only half of my name. Then got upset because I asked her where she got my info from. She hung up on me.

receive a call everyday, rings twice then they hang up , got one automated call and one message saying to call the office, they are calling late at night and on saturday and sunday, don't know who they are, some say a collection agency.

Been getting calls about 3x a day from them the past two weeks.  I answered once and got a recorded message to call Mrs. Schmidt back at some other number.  Screw that!  If it's not important enough for you to talk to me directly, it's not important.

I keep getting these calls from this number. I called back today and it is a collection agency who was looking for a next door neighbor of mine. How do they get their information? Ignore the calls! If they continue call your Attorney General and file a complaint.

This number has called several times and leaves a message saying it is very important to contact a Clarence. I googled it and found that IFP INC is a food processing company. Strange!

Calls every day from IFP Inc and asks for a different person. she then got an atitude with me when I told her to quit calling me and she said she would continue to call untill she reached the person.

I suspect this is a collector,...one of those third party collectors and the latest trend these days is to have automated calls made several times a day,...no one answers,..then the next thing you know they file complaints in court to sue for collection of debts that they bought for pennies on the dollar. So,etimes they don't even bother to send you a notice which they are suppose to do by law. They are counting on people being afraid and not responding so that they can get a default judgement and can garnish your wages.  Find our who they are,..get a name and address and send a cease and decest letter and a letter for validation (you can find samples on the internet),...chances are they can not prove anything as they do not have the original contracts or documents.  These agencies are bottom dwellers,....the lowest of the lowest, and breaking laws and re-aging old debts outside the statute of limitations are their MO.

I've been getting these calls on a regular basis with the first caller to return this call TODAY and hung up.  I called back on caller ID number
1-816-949-8511 and got a very threating person, no name, but he was african-
American.  I asked him what company IFP was and was told that they handle many
companies.  I asked him if they were a collection company and he would not reply. I told him that I had no debts and was going to report them for harras-
ment.  He then asked for my phone number and name so that he could take it off
their list, I refused and he started yelling at me.  At that time I hung up.
I've never answered this call before tonight but was curious.  I don't care what it takes to trace IFP but I intend to do what I can.

Same prefix.but last is 8519..on ntl.DO not call also.  stated they wanted to do interview.  Have not idea....

I got a call from IFP. Inc. asking for a Clarance Liperd Jr.  I informed this person they had the wtong #.  This is the 4th call from this company, but the first time a person has spoken.  Usually when I answer there is no one there.

This is a collection agency for student loans.
Where they get their info is beyond me!
They asked for one of my older sons who hasn't lived here for 8 years. But "Mrs. Collins" said she was really looking for my younger son (step son) who has a completely different last name than the older son!
I couldn't figure out how they connected the two of them. She said they go by social security numbers in families. Sounds like b.s. to me!
I was pleasant to her and took the phone number and told her I'd pass it on to my son. I have no intention of doing that!!

I've been this call a few times each week.  Each message states it's very important for me to return the card today to Becky.  Gave me another number to call "Becky" on, but I did not return the call.  Does anyone know what type of scam?  Thanks.

Calls repeatedly on unpublished and not given out numbers. Probably Sallie Mae student loans sending their loans to skip tracers.

I keep on this message saying that I need to call Becky back at 866-951-2352, but the call was from 816-949-8511. So I decided to return the call. A surpose to be customer service came on kept on asking me for my name, and I wouldn't tell her. I was trying to ask her what this was about first before I give out any information about me. She wouldn't tell me and instead of telling me she hangs up on me. So I call back the second time the same thing happens. So becareful if you ever get a phone call from this number.

Someone calls hers constantly askong for James Tiker; it's a recrorde message/

"Becky" can shove it till it will shove no more for all I care! No company name? No information at all? Sounds like a scam.
