This is not a scam or a solicitation call.  It is a business office that handles the the billing and payment plans for several hospitals in the San Francisco bay area. Not sure why a human being and/or computer calls and then says nothing or leaves no message. An educated guess is the call is made to bother or harass patients who have been billed but have not paid their bill. Why else would they call? Maybe a reminder call to pay your bill! Not a good way to do business but a good way to anger someone.

I have received several calls from this number.  They have never left a message.

Missed call from this number. No message. Believe it was a solicitation.

Same comments as above except I called them back and it said "Thank you for calling the busniess office - for English press 1."  I waited 2 mins and nobody came on the line.
