who,what,and why do they keep calling?? I'm on the national do not call registry,but these ppl just dont get it..

I just received a call from this number. When I picked it up, the woman said something about DTE Energy. I stopped her and asked if she was wearing a thong or panties. After a short pause she hung up. I suspect I will not get any more calls from this number.

Do this with all unsolicited calls and they will get tired of the "trash talk". They can't accuse you of making obscene phone calls. They called you.

I've gotten several calls a day from this number; they never leave a message. What I've done with other chronic calls of this nature is, if they call when I'm home, I simply lift the receiver, make sure the connection is made, then hang up without saying anything. It all takes about 3 seconds. Afterwards, the calls have stopped. Sometimes I've had to do it a couple of times for the same caller, but it seems they eventually give up and quit calling. Just a suggestion =)

No message left on voice mail!

Receive calls daily and on weekends.   I press 'talk' but do not say anything as I await for someone to speak.  Nothing, just dead air.  Quit wasting my time!  I am caring for a child that has 'challenges'-don't need these interruptions.  I'm on Do not call registry.

Keeps calling, no one there, won't leave a message. STOP CALLING ME!

It is DTE, I called back and got a recorded message, it did give me the option to put my number on their do not call list. .  .guess we'll see if it works!

Got a call from (866) 399-0861

I picked up and there was no answer. I used to use DTE so it makes sense someone obtained this # through them.

I get a call everyday, no message. I will answer next time

Call came on my landline.  When I answered they hung up.  Not the first time. I am registered with the National No Call Registry.

This number called me and said it was a home protection plan threw dte? Anyone else heard of this?

I spoke with a DTE representative today.  They were not aware of their company making any such calls. I was advised the calls are most likely coming from another service provider hoping to sell you their product. Or, it may be a scam to get personal information.

I get at least six calls a day from this number. Although my voice message states to leave a message, it never does.  I'm registered on the Do Not Call Registry.  I'm pretty tired of these calls.

called - no message @ 4:40pm

just called 4.45 on 4/17 said it was DTE I told the FOREIGN person if DTE wants to talk to someone at this number DTE better show up in the call ID box.

Called and left no message!
