Indeed, this NCO Company is VERY DUBIOUS!!!!
Why do they always call on cell phones???
Why do they hang up on you when they call for the first time?
Why don't they immediately call you in person?
On their second phone call, they left a message to call them back at their (Indian???) call center.
In my case, they called for a debt collection for a person by the name of Andrew G. This is what happens to you if you have a new cell phone number.

Received a call from this company about half an hour ago. I did not answer as it was a blocked/anonymous ID. The message left was a woman who spoke so quickly that I could barely manage a translation. Only after several listens did I determine it was this 866-443-2946. Matter of fact the only part of the message I could understand was NCO Financial and that they were a debt collector. I wont be calling back as there is no reason for any debt collector to be calling me, and from what I've found so far, NCO has the wrong person anyway. To those who have been harassed by them already, here is a site I found that might be able to help you. It seems answering or even returning their call just to get information opens the door for them to keep calling you.
