I'm getting calls from their automatic service. If it is a debt, shouldn't a REAL person be on the phone.  They put me on hold to wait for a representative tell me I have a debt.  Plus, on my cell minutes!  What kind of agency would have you wait to talk to them about paying a bill?  Legitimate or not.....If I have a bill either send it to me in the mail (for which I never get) or have a real person call me up to explain the bill.  I will not wait just to figure it out.

Stephens and Michaels Associates with blocked called ID.  1-866-461-1923.  Representative tried to hide the fact that she is working for a collection agency trying to collect  old medical bills from a person who does not live at our residence.  I asked her to do her job, since Stephens and Michaels Associates brag to their clients that they have the ability to reach and solve medical bills. She should have a simple google of the person she is trying to reach and find their new residence.
She was upset that I was rude to her and that I would not give her any information.  I told her that I will start billing my time to Stephens and Michaels Associates if she does not stop calling every morning at ten AM Eastern time.

Has called two times a day maybe 3 times a wk...i answer and no one says NOTHING....so I hang up.

You know they are terrorists trying to steal information.  Call your senators and the FBI.  FCC is useless.

These frickin' idiots called my private cell phone that is supposed to be on a DNC Registry.  Apparently, they think they have a right to do so...but I have absolutely NO BUSINESS dealings with them, especially if they are  a debt collection agency.  We filed bankruptcy in April 2011...and all debt was discharged...so put that where the sun doesn't shine, you dorks!

They have been called on and off. Today the recording said my baby's name. He's ten months old, so no idea what they want as no one spoke after I pressed 1.

Called a little after 9am. Recorded message looking for someone who didn't live here. I pressed the appropriate number to indicate  they had reached a wrong number. A man picked up and asked for the person. I told him they didn't live here and that's why I'd pushed the number. He said he'd remove our number from their system. Caller id just showed 800 Service.
