I don't know who it is but if it was that important I would think they would leave a message.    It comes up on the phone as Unknown Name.

Debt collector: Allied Interstate.  This person called me 5 times in a row.  I undstand that I own money but this is harrasment!

i agree!  i've verbally asked them to stop calling me and they keep doing it!  i'm gonna have to report them to the federal trade commission!
