It comes up as toll free call on mine because I have privacy manager. You can call U. S. Bank and find out if they are actually affiliated, after they've been called by people a couple hundred times they try to make sure it's not one of theirs, and you can go to the do not call list website and REPORT it! It happens in bunches at certain times of the year and it will stop when enough people report it. As for the poor lady with the company cutting into her phone, try unplugging the main power to your phone and your phone line for a few minutes and plugging it back in. It may help.

Always hangs up when I answer! I did the *69 thing and it told me the # was 866-469-5351 I did call that number and it is a US Bank Affiliate of some sort trying to sell something. These people call all day and night! They always hang up when I answer. When I did call back it gave me some automated thing to remove my number it will take up to 30 days to be out of their system. We will see....

Recent two week, get calls about 4-6 times per day form
866-469-5351. Even I pick up the phone, no sound. Then called 866-469-5351: message with a woman's voice " we are affliar with US bank, we have promotional, sorry, you are not home, I will call you back again. if you do not want to get involved in please push "1", if you would like to remove out from the list, key in 10 digits your number allow us 30 days to remove. Then It still call in. moreover, this number is connect my number forever, when I pick up the phone, I should have Dial Tone, to key in the number that I want to call, instead of the dial tone, the phone automatically redial 866-469-6361, the phone display "talk" 1 minute, 2 minute, continue, I am not able to call to anyone else. I hide the disconnect, after 20 times at least up to 100 times,10 minutes+, in a occasion, I get a dial tone, then I dial the number I want, then shortly my line is disconnect, my line is connect with this 866-469-5351. This is cutting our phone line to call, damages our communications by phone... damages our life. I contact Comcast phone provider, but so far no fix!, please help! This criminal
