this number keeps calling at least 3 times a week....very very annoying...I work at night and need some sleep before I go to work....If could find out who it is, I would press charges.

it is a company:

if you call them back, they will ask for your phone number. they will figure out if you are the person they are trying to reach. if not, they will take you off their list.
you probably have a somewhat new phone number that used to belong to the person they are looking for.
I prefer they take me off the list than to get phone calls everyday.

That's a bill collector Agency (Agence de recouvrement). They just call people with the same names as the one they're after. A real shot in the dark. Pretty lame. Anyway, I just call back and I really hope the poor girl deleted my number 'cause I gave her a pretty hard time and I said the next time they call me, I'm filling a straight complain to the CRTC...

I've had a few calls from this number, but they never leave a message and have started harassing my brother too (which can be illegal, depending on what they say). I don't think this would happen if it was telemarketing pure and simple, so I have to assume it's a bill collector, as I've been refusing to pay those mafuggers at Videotron cable for a service that they did not provide as promised.
