I keep getting calls from 866-470-4589 with a recording that says they have important information about my account and to please hold.  I've held as long as 5 minutes and it's just the same message over and over.  Anybody know who this number belongs to?  I'm receiving calls on a daily basis with the same pattern and they're getting quite annoying!

Its a jerk collection company; usually sent your way by the great folks at Vonage.

I receive too!  I eventually called them back but I was kept on hold for next available rep..... it never happened.  I gave it up but I am still receiving the call everyday.  I did notice that for a four day bill, I was asked to pay for entire month.  I refused to do so.  In other words, I had to make a whole month payment in order to cancel for that month.  I did not understand their logic at all.  They said their computers are programmed like that!!  I said I would not mind making payment for the 'four' days, but they said it is not possible.  I never heard this rule before.  It bothered me initially because it says it is a personal finance.  I spent few hours to check all my payments etc.,  They are in great shape....  not a fair business practice if this is done by VONAGE :(
