Unbeleivable... 3 years later and they're still at it. She called asking for some bogus name, I informed that it's the wrong number, to which she says "Oh that's allright, we'll try again later...". I responded that she should not try again later, as it's clearly a wrong number, and that she should remove the number from her calling list. She again said she'll try again later, so I repeated my message a little louder, to which she said "allright, you have a nice evening now." She was polite yet disturbingly unresponsive...

I too have been receiving these calls everyday and they hang up as soon as I answer. So I called the number and got the automated response. It asked if I wanted to be removed, so I followed their process and will keep my fingers crossed.

After the 50th call and ignoring it..I picked up.  Heard the American Law spiel, then they wanted to send me a kit to send fliers to 15 of my friends to stop the killing of unborn babies.  I said take me off your list, and I am on the Do Not Call Registry and she screamed an the phone and hung up.  Very disturbing.

It was from the American Law and Justice Center. Call the number and request to be taken off their list. Very easy and they are very polite. Call after hours and the process is automated.

I don't see why you want to file a class action suit if you won't take the time to call them. Also there are general exemptions in the law for political action groups.  Neither the Feds or the Courts will listen to you unless you first call them and ask to have your phone number removed from their call list.

I just told this woman (not a recording) NOT to call back. She said she WILL call back??? Anyone who initiates action against these swine please let me know, as I will be more than willing to participate.

Constantly recurring calls.  When I answer, they hang up.  If I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  If it isn't important enough to leave a message, I won't answer in the future.  Fortunately my phone verbally announces the calls so I don't even have to go to the phone to see who it is. If someone files with the FTC, I would be interested.  These calls are annoying.

I am getting really tired of having this number as my alarm clock every morning. It keeps getting earlier and earlier and it's driving me insane.

THEY ARE PART OF THE "AFNI" ACME GROUP.  EACH TIME THEY CALL WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER.  I HAVE CEASE AND DESIST LETTERS GOING OUT TOMORROW.  I GUESS I SHOULD SEND ONE TO THIS BOGUS COMPANY NAME.

Fourth different number these pricks have called me on.  If it continues, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and a class action lawsuit to stop the harassment.  If anyone wants to participate, I will be posting details here at a later date.

I didn't answer, but called back and got a recording for "Alltech Business Solutions".

The recording said the American Law and Justice Center calling for updates.
The recording asked if I would like to be removed from the calling list to enter my number and press 1.  Then it said to allow 30 days to be removed from the list.
