this is a debt collection agency. they will keep calling over and over so you might as well tell them you are not who they are looking for.

These people called my grandmother and got her to give them her bank account info. Her bank denied the draft and sent me a copy of it. Using the information on the draft, I found out the following. The Company is Paul J. Coelman and Associates Law Office, 999 Broadway #202, Suagus, MA 01906. Their real phone number is 781-233-0590. I have not verified that this is a debt she owes. The people calling are threatening and very quick to yell.

Contacted my neighbors!! Told them to contact us immediately (like it was an emergency)! The guy who called my neighbors was Lou Bernstein from Coleman & Associates! Isn't this harrassment? Are they allowed by law to do this? Any comments are appreciated!

Please beware of these ruthless and pathetic people! They are sharks in disguise! They will do anything to collect a debt! Wow! What a way to make a living, especially with the way things are today!!

i had a 5000.00 dollar discover card i have not been able to pay since i got in a car accident in 2004. i think they were able to help me tremendously in settleing my account. I settled my bill for 2500.00 and it was removed from my credit report and i was able to obtain a refinance that i was trying to do for months. i am glad they called me. they did seem to have a east coast accecent though.

I got a call from these people...trying to settle an 8 year old debt with wells fargo...well they've called several times, i finally got fed up with them calling and they just settled a $3,500 for $1,000...however i am filing harassment charges aginst them for personal threats...

They harass endlessly to collect a debt that was written off our credit report
years ago! Our current bank said ignore them or file harassment charges!! Please beware!

If you get a call from these people (Paul J. Coleman and Associates) and you do not owe a debt to them (or if the debt is over 7 years old) report them to the police and they will deal the bullies.

As you can tell everyone on this site complaining about the collection efforts  of this business all have one thing in common "DEBT" even if its seven  or eight years old guess what ? its still money thats owed , and beleive it or not we ALL end up paying for this in one way or another... think about this hmm WHO DO YOU THINK ENDS UP PAYING FOR ALL THE STUFF  PEOPLE CHARGE AND NEVER PAY FOR GUESS WHO ? ALL OF US WHAT DO YOU THINK DRIVES UP INTEREST RATES ?     PEOPLE NEED TO STOP COMPLAINING AND PAY FOR WHAT THEY OWE !!!!

Because the money you pay back rarely goes toward the debt! It goes to the debt collectors!! Been there done that! Happy Halloween!

I received a letter to my home stating that they are a collection agency and that i owe almost $4,000dlrs to Wells Fargo and they are collecting on their behalf. I do not owe any money to Wells Fargo and do not have an account there.
This letter also has my social security number on it and i am very conserned as to what they have done or could do with my social??
Who do i officially report this to?

they are calling my mother 87 years old and bugging the crap out of her wanting to get a hold of my brother, I told them if they ever call her again, I will call the law on them, she has gave them his phone number, well they called again and I will be calling and take out papers on them

I keep getting calls for my neighbor from these jerks.  They leave messages on my answering machine.  Apparently they googled this guys name and came up with my address as a neighbor.  The neighbor does not have a phone so they call my house.  I called them back today and told them he does not live at my house and the guy on the phone wouldn't tell me how the got my number to call him.  He was a real jerk and hung up on me.  Anyone know who to contact to complain about this joke of a collection agency?
