I KEEP GETTING THESE CALLS AT ALL TIMES WHILE I'M WORKING AND THEY JUST HANG UP

The left a message looking for someone with my same last name.  Message said "hang up if you aren't this person."  It's on my answering machine!?  Continued saying it is important to get a hold of them as this is a collection matter.  Maybe they should call the person that owes them money rather than those with the same last name.  More intrusion will result in a FTC complaint.

Recieved the call yesterday. Was an older man with a heavy new york accent. Was extremely rude. I told him he had the wrong number, he was combative and defiant. He would not say what company he was calling from.

Glad to see that the employees of this company are monitoring the pages and trying to snowball everyone into thinking it is an honest to goodness company! (NOT)

I am giving all the information to my lawyers to follow up on!

please be aware that the DO NOT CALL list only prevents sales and solicitation calls not collection calls if u used a credit card pay back the money!!

this company is not a scheme or fraud in actuality they have all your info infront of them they ask you to verify so they know they have the correct person and do not give your info out to someone who isnt you  and as for the do not call list unfortunatley that doesnt apply to collection agencies

Told them for the third time...the person they are looking for does not live here....nasty people... need to find a way (who) to report them.

This is a scam.  They call, claiming one owes money, then suggest a payment arrangement.  They are using this to get ID information, credit card account numbers and money.  I have turned this company into the FBI.

I Have received  over 178 phone calls from monday tu sunday this people had no life

I received a call from this same number. I called them back and was asked to give them my social number. I told the lady she was crazy. She states that she was calling from PRS and could not give me any information.  I then hung up on her.

Recived a call that was automated stating to call person back at this number, the message is so fast that you cannot even write it down. I think the name was Pamela Williams unsure though message was very fast.

The other guy's name is something like Jim McCluskey or something like that

they steady keep calling my work desk, house and cell phone and i have already made payment arrangments... kinda dont want to pay after all this bs im going through getting calls 24+ times a day

These comments are very helpful for me. I also have a prepaid cell phone that I use to give out to certain people and businesses that insist that I give them a 'phone' number. Well, whoever they are calling for, it is definitely not me! I just check the voice messages on this phone about once a week or so and find out who it was that was calling and maybe even who they are looking for. I NEVER give out my main number or home phone number to anyone so I know if there is a call on this prepaid phone number then it couldn't possibly be for me! I have also registered my phone numbers on that Do Not Call registry website, so hopefully that helps. Needless to say, I never answer this phone unless I recognize the number that is calling me.

Are you freaking kidding me - you call and they don't identify themselves.  Then "Pamela Prescott" is a "secretary" to whomever you speak with.  You don't actually get to speak with her.  
Professional Recovery Services - they try to get you to confirm a bunch of information that they have on you.  They said I had a mastercard with Orchard Bank and that it was in collections.  Funny, I don't have a MasterCard and I have never banked or used an Orchard Bank.  These people are crazy!

I had 78 messages from the office of Pamela Prescott and also another recording with a male voice from this number stating that i need to call back immediately because of a business I am conducting.  I do not have a business and when I called the number I can not get anyone on the line.  I am tired of my phone ringing at all hours and I lost count how many times a day.  I am tired of the harrassment and do not know how to get it to stop.

It's a number of a nursing home, so they told me when I called them back. They call me, on my cell phone also, everyday at 11:30 then call again at 3 or so.

I setup a brand new prepaid cell phone solely for use with family members and I got a call from here within minutes of setting up the phone. Scam thru and thru.  I have no debt anywhere.  They obviously are just calling numbers at random hoping for a pymt from an unknowing victim.

They are within a few miles of me.  If it keeps up, I will pay them a very unfriendly visit.

It's Professional Recovery Services. It's a collection agency calling to recover money they believe you oweto their client.

Received the call 7/22/07 with recording to call Pamela Prescott.  I am sure it is bogus and really constitutes harrassment

I received a call from this same number today. They left a message asking for someone to contact the Office of Pamela Presscott. Never heard of them! Also they didn't even leave the name of the person they were trying to reach. My number is also on the DNC list and more.....but it seems they will continue to keep calling.

SAY THEY WANT TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEBODY USING MY LAST NAME AND TELCO NUMBER?
A SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME OF MR GREEN SAYS I SHOULD BE ANGRY WITH THE PERSON WHO USED MY NUMBER FALSE IN A FORM. WHAT ARE THE ODDS SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME AND USE YOUR NUMBER? THE MAN MR GREEN WOULDN'T PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFO REGARDING THE CONSTANT CALLS OR FALSE DOCUMENTATION POSSIBLE IDENTY THEFT. MAYBE THE CROOKS ARE USING THE PHONE BOOK TO FIND WAYS TO USE FAKE LOCATIONS TO PURCHASE CREDIT? I'M KEEPING TRACK OF THIS COMPANY AS OF TODAY 12/31/07 10:30AM AS I'M ON THE NO CALL LIST AND WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME 1 866-486-2121 CLAIM TO HAVE REMOVED ME FROM THE LIST. SO FAR 2 NAMES A MALE AND FEMALE USING MY LAST NAME AND TELCO NUMBER HAVE BEEN USED WITH AN ADDRESS LOCATED 10 MILES IN A DIFFERENT CITY BOTH USING THE SAME CITY AS LOCATION AND FOLLOWED UP BY THIS ORGANIZATION.

RECEIVED CALL FROM CRYSTAL.. IS A COLLECTION CALL (SHE CALLS EVEN ON SUNDAYS)OVER A CREDIT CARD. CALL MORE THAN 10 TIMES A DAY (7 DAYS A WEEK). SHE CALLS FRROM ANOTHER NUMBER 866-464-1013 AND FROM A 856 AREA CODE BUT SHOWS ONLY THE FIRST THREE DIGITS 856-XXX-XXXX.

I HAVE RECEIVED COUNTLESS CALLS AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY THAT I HAVE NOT ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK. THEY ALL SAY IT'S FROM THE OFFICES OF PAMELA PRESCOTT AND THAT IT'S URGENT THAT I RETURN THE CALL. THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE EACH TIME. I DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER OR THE NAME AND I HAVE CHECKED THE NUMBERS OF ALL MY CREDITORS, ETC. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS BESIDES OBVIOUSLY ANOTHER SCAM?

This all sounds VERY familiar to me.  I called the Federal Trade Commision and reported them.  After telling them my story ofthe calls, they informed me it sounded like a scam.  So I filled a report.  Here's the web site to the FTC:   http://www.ftc.gov/
