your completely wrong man, sry to say. i actually have my bill auto paid off the site for months now and i just got the call from this number. i also have had a steady job so its not like there was not enough money in my account. why dont you keep your comments to yourself cause they dont help any one. so really, you can "shut up and face it"

Got one of these today too. Number shows up as "Unavailable," so I have a feeling that it's *not* Comcast calling about my account. Nobody ever on the other end, at least here.

Maybe you're broke because you unquestioningly pay anyone who calls you.

Be sure to check your records if you get a call from these guys. I got one, and have never had an account with Comcast. It's possible this company is fishing for suckers who will unquestioningly pay.

I receiving calls from this number and it is comcast.  My  mother died and i havent gotten an
opportunity to return the box yet, they were calling to ask me to return boxes.

I got the same call. I called that number that they gave me and it didn't say anything about Comcast. So I hung up. I decided to call 800-xfinity. And they said nothing is wrong with my account. From my experience, Comcast usually have a rep calls you if there is something wrong with your account. I think this is either a sales call or someone trying to come up with anther scam using Comcast name.

Comcast collections representatives. They use a third party company to contact you if your payment is late and they will keep calling you until it's paid.

Come off it people...  I've received calls from the same number and it is Comcast calling to tell you to call them about your account.  You owe, I owed and all you have to do is pay your bill and they won't call.  Stop acting like you don't have a clue as to who they are and what they want.  I'm sure that after the call came in, you googled "who's number is this" and then stumbled onto this site.  When you see who it's from, you just chime in with the others that b***h on here like they don't know what's going on.  If you owe....pay up.  If you're down and out like maybe you lost your job and don't have any money then you don't need to have t.v. cable or internet or phone.  Whatever you have, maybe you just can't afford it right now.  Just shut up and face it.

Maria T...if that is the case why would they even call me...I have never even had COMCAST, it is not offered in my area.  This is something more than a delinquent bill.

For me, they were claling to verify that I was sending back the equipment i had received. Easy as pie really..
