today I called to book the resort at American Airlines and Kelly said she will email the resort to see if they have anything available and will call me back within 1 hour. It has been 5 hrs and I called after an hour and someone hung up on me. I called back twice and I got dead air. I'm on the phone with Visa now.. cancelled my card and trying to get my $ back. I hope they get these losers.

Just received a fax from these losers- FOLKS, DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO to these fax spammer frauds!!!! Took advice of previous posters - fax back continuously to phone number. SO much fun. They waste our paper, toner, time. DO report to fraud investigators & American Airlines. Fax a copy or email a copy of the fax with time, date & details if you called them. Help them shut these freaks down
