Received a post card saying I was eligible to receive $250 in gift savings from wal-mart or beat buy. It said call now for complete details. The number was 18775379262. They gave me a claim number and that they were open Monday - Saturday 12pm-8pm ET. I know Colorado is not eastern time zone. Very strange. Did not respond.

Today, I received a postcard in the U.S. Mail, 25-cents postage, from these scammers. Return address is Redemption Center, P.O. Box 745069, Arvada, CO 80006. "Great news! You are eligible to receive $250.00 in gift savings at Wal-mart or Target! Call Toll-Free now for complete details. 1-866-511-6909 Monday - Friday, 12PM - 8PM ET. Your claim #..."

Got a text stating that I won a $250 GiftCardPak. Did not call back. They did tell me to reply STOP to be removed from their list. Let's hope it works.

Same thing txt msg says "Please Call (866) 511-6909 to claim your $100.00 Walmart Retail Voucher! Txt STOP to be removed"
They wanted a lot of personal information and then offered free magazines and in order to get the free magazines and voucher, there would need to be an order to a pay magazine. Told them I was not interested in an order. So without an order, I was not eligible for anything. Asked what they'll be doing with the personal info, and they said they would trash it. But who knows what they'll do? Now I'm totally freaked that I was just phished.

866-511-6909 texted saying I have gift certificate available. If companies did not charge for reverse look up, we could tell if we were getting scammed before we paid money to find out if we're getting scammed.

Someone texted me from this number regarding winning a $100.00 Gift Card & I Called The Number Back & Before I Gave Out My Address I Asked The Person Is There Anything Else I had To Do To Receive This Card & he Stated There Is More He Would Get To If I Just "Beared With Him" & Answer His Questions...So Then I Asked I Need You To Tell Me Whether Or Not There's Anyhing Else I Have To Do Or If I had To Sign Up For Anything To Try Or Pay For & He Rudely Hung Up The Phone On Me. I Called Back & Asked To Speak To A Manager To Complain & They Hung Up On Me Again!
