They called me at my daughters fathers phone number. I called them back and the lady I talked to told me that they were going to take me to court for a felony unless I paid them over $2000.00, but then she decreased it to $1100. and change and told me I had until end of business today to pay in full or I would be taken to court.

My name is Mark Whitfield. I am the director of the claims processing department
of International Arbitration Services.
I'm attempting to serve notice upon record
File Number 257106
Naming you as the primarary person of interest.
This is you official notification of the process.
If you wish to voluntarily resolove this matter
please call an arbitrator at 866-531-6617.Int
This is a bogus call. I answered the number once. The person on the other end
couldn't talk their way past a first year law student. Tried to tell me that I needed
to appear in front of an arbitrator withou counsel. When I asked for more information
in writing to give to my lawyer, he did not have my address (I've lived at the same address
for the last 10 years). He asked me for my address and I terminated the call.
The calls just restarted with voice mails.
Can't wait to catch the next call.

I have for over the last 6 years, received calls from these guys calling to collect a debt from a deceased person. Yes, they have changed their name several times, they have changed their number several times, and have even now started calling from a line they bought so you think they are local. Because the FCC has come after them, they have had no choice but to do this, yet each time, they just create yet another fake name and number and keep on scamming. I talked to them once telling them that the individual they are looking for is deceased, yet twice a week they leave their ridelicious message, using a bunch of legal terms. For those of us who work in law, we know this is just their technique to scare and threaten the person they are calling. The things they say in their recorded message and the legal terms they use are totally inappropriate for collecting a debt. I for one am not scared and know that they are an illegal company.
My advice to you, if you get a call from Mark Whitfield or any other name, like Saundra Law, etc, from International Arbitrators is just ignore the call and let them do their thing. They are scammers. They have bought a bad/uncollectable debts and are hoping to collect on them. If they harrase you and bother you (which they will continue to do for years), they hope you will get tired of them and eventually call them and send them money. DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT. Instead, file a complaint with the FCC. Eventually, they will catch up with these people and they will change their name again and then continue to call you.
You are better off the change your phone number, as I just did today. I have listened to their message long enough and frankly, it's getting old and I'm tired of them. Why don't I sue them? BecauseTEHY ARE SCAMMERS and they have nothing of value to go after, thus not worth wasting my time and a judges time in court.

They keep calling until I tried this out. I call them back, over and over and over, I'll do it for about an hour using three different phones. After that they stop calling for about 6 months. Been doing this for about 3 years now and it's fun to listen to how upset they get at you calling them over and over! Once they threatned to call the "authorities" on me calling them so often, that's when I did say something, told the guy to go ahead and do so, that I'll then know who and where they are, he hanged up.

LOL -I got the same call. How do you get these people to quit acalling you? I've paid the debt they claim I owe - a payday loan - at least 3 times over. I get one company to quit and they either change the name or sell it to another when I tell them to sue me because I can prove I already paid it.

07 April, 2011, received a voice mail from Mark Whitfield, Director of Claims Processing Dept. of INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION SERVICES attempting to serve notice on record to a "JOE BLOW" in regard to case file #xxx, naming you as a primary person of interest. This is your official notification of the process and if you wish to voluntarily resolve this matter, please contact the processor by calling 866-531-6617. I called them to insist they remove my number from there records.
Never heard of this person and I have had my phone number for over 10 years. Looks like someone is trying to avoid collection of some sort and gave a random number. Geez, hard to protect your privacy these days!!!!!
