My cell phone is off, but yet thi number still calling me. And is able to call me on an off cell phone. I find it kind of strange.

I got a call from this number 866-559-2156 and the phone it came on has no service it is cut off. It seems to be something else, a hacker with bad intentions. I also don't answer unknown numbers.

Just recd. a call from that same # (866-559-2156). Was busy forwarding an e-mail msg. to a phone text account; the ring told me it was no one already in my phone. I sent the call to voice/mail, they left NO MSG. (naturally). I'm on the Nat'l Do Not Call list.

i've been getting calls from that number everyday for about a week. i dont answer the phone from numbers i dont know(stalker issues) so for me it seems it will remain a mystery.

I just got a call from the number and I don't have an idea who it is. I have never had stalked issues so ....... there's a first for everything . Hopefully its just a phone company or something. Idk? If u have the same problem with the phone number, tell me about it.
