Just received call from this number.  Caller asked if Clifford's parents where home.  I ask if he knew how old Clifford is?  Caller hung up.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION. THIS IS A SCAM.  C2A2

has called several times a week for a month. we never answer, no message left.

Got the same call last night wanting to verify my sons information.  Did not give it to him and caller said then he would not receive the SAT information he wanted and he would take him off the list.

Just got a call from a guy asking for the parent of my daughter.  I said I was and he said he was calling about some questions my daughter had about the upcoming testing.  He then asked if my daughter was an A student. I told him I didn't feel comfortable talking to him about her and he hung up!

Same thing except my husband hung up before we could find out what it was about.  It made me worried so I looked it up.  Thanks all for reporting, I fee much better.  What DID happen to the do not call list tho?  Naturally it's not a number you can call back.

Guy called and could be heard on answering machine asking for the parents of my daughter (first and last name), when my husband picked up he hung up immediately.

I am tired of whoever it is calling at all different times of day.  I finally answered the call and got an immediate hang up.  Im sure they are just checking to see what time we are home.  The call came through at 2 minutes before the cutoff time of 9:00 PM CDT.  I promptly returned the call and got a "This number has been disconnected" recording????

When I answered a male asked for <my daughter's name> mom or dad, when I asked "who's calling?" they hung up on me...

Any suggestions as to how to make this number stop calling.  I get dead air everytime we answer.  They call 3 - 5 times per day.

A lady called & asked for "the parent of" my daughters name.  Same deal, offered 30-day free trial.  I asked her for their website & she said they didn't have one.  When I asked how any legit company didn't have a website, she gave me a website but said that I couldn't order online but then said that I wouldn't get the discount price online.  I told her that I didn't order anything without first checking them out.  She said that she would give me time to talk to my daughter, look at the website & would call me back.  I never checked into it, but the same lady called me back the very next evening asking if I'd checked with my daughter & checked the website.  I told her no & she hung up.  SCAM.  But I'm wondering where they're getting my kids name & home phone number???  The school uses my cell number only, so it's very strange.

Same thing everyone else says, had my sons name said he filled out a request, I ask when and he said probably at school.  I ask him if I could have my wife call him back he says sure and then hangs up, guess he didn't want to give us time to check up on his scam.

i received the same type of call asking if i was the mom of my son (using his name) and then they immediately hung up.  tried to call the number back and it said disconnected.   how can this be stopped?

They called my house today while I was at school. They left a message and there was a lot of background noise. The message was what got me to look up the number and find this site. All they said was"Tell Luke that Mark and Matthew called.

A wiered guy called to ask for fo speak with my child's father or mother.  When I ask who is calling, he hang-up.  CREEPY!!

Non stop calls from these people. Report to BBB. Said Kenny Rogers was calling. This is a scan that takes advantage of children.

Caller asked if I was the mother of Elizabeth and as soon as I. said yes they hung up. I checked caller ID and called the number. it was disconnected. They need to be stopped. it's creepy. Nov.24,2009.

they called me so i said my parents weren't home and she hung up. i called them back and she said "we have people call us all the time saying we called them, we did not call you". I said "Bull**** you didn't call me it was even your voice!" She said "sorry i can't help you" and hung up...LOL

Got a call today from this number. Showed up on my caller id that displays on the tv as "missed call". On my phone it showed unknown caller. They asked for my son's parents. I said excuse me? They repeated it. I said Who? And they said sorry must have the wrong number. I looked it up because I too thought it was weird for someone to ask to speak to my son's parents. I'm on a do not call list also so I don't know how they can get away with calling.

They keep calling my house but hang up.  Tried to dial the number back tells me number is not in service.

Received call from this number - fast talking gentleman who said my daughter had signed up or showed interest in receiving SAT/ACT prep materials through them - he was resistive to having me call him back - said I could call the main number but then he, in essence, would not get the credit as it goes into a call center type set up - apparently works on commission - BIG RED FLAG RAISED - asked for other contact information so I could learn more about their 'program' - he provided me with a website - I checked it out - it referenced this "organization" as being a "donor" foundation with the apprent SAT/ACT practice/training offered as a "gift" for a donation - he kept emphasizing that it only costs $175, far less than "Sylvan" (which isn't even a college prep review/training program) and the Kaplan course and that they offere a double gurantee - if not satisfied, you can retun "it" within 30 days and if you do not get "x" number of point increase on either the SAT or ACT - kept pushing to have me give him my credit card number - refused to do so - as he did  of 30-day wanted me to give him checked the website he provided and was  refused to give his call back number - - wanted
