-I have received prerecorded phone messages from 866-579-5433 back in late April, 2014 & early May, 2014. I did call them back & recorded the conversation. Never got a "served" with paperwork from the county sheriff's dept. for a "bad check". If anyone dials 866-579-5433, the recording starts out with "This is Curtis Payton Litigation...." Another toll free number people might want to be weary of is 888-431-9131. That phone number is also to Curtis Payton Litigation. I am sure that it is the same song & dance --- "bounced" checks from the early 2000's on a payday loan....

I have been get calls from this company too...but I filed a complaint with CFPB. because they have left messages on my son phone. But when he called the number back he was told that his mother had a warrent for her arrest....In addition, he was told that if he did not tell them where his mother was, he would be arrested as well. I have been at the sain address for 10 years. And not son is off at college....i have contact this company several times but they are soooooo confrontational and I can not get any information from this company. Also, when I dont give any additional personal information ex. rounting no. check acct number....than they call my son's phone. One day my son received 17 calls....they said they would not stop until I gave them access to my account....but the caller at 8665795433 will not even tell me the amount of the debt.

They are calling from an arbitration company. We get tons of calls from them. When you sign paperwork when you go into a hospital of doctor's office there is a place on the paperwork that says that you agree to have the bills go to these mandatory arbitration people and you are giving up your rights to have these debts settled in a court of law (including bankruptcy court), so they will continue to pursue you until you pay. They will also call you and state that you have charges pending for fraud and need to appear in court. It is a new method for collections that medical places and other companies are using, but they cannot be treated the same as regular collections and they take away your rights to dispute anything in court.

Had words with a Julie this morning when someone at this number finally answered my call after weeks of the same Richard Jeffries summons threat.  Crane Dailey is another name given although I guess Julie is all of these people...  She said that I was a dick and that I should die and that she thought my mother should have spit.  Wow.  I would not have believed that there are actually people out there doing this.  She had my ss# and my mother's name so they must have used a credit app. from somewhere.  She said I was a bad check writer of over $1000 (not true.  I would certainly be aware of that.) I see these complaints are all from the past weeks so I guess Julie is quite busy lately.  Give her a call.  Especially if you are any sort of investigative person who can put a stop to these $%^*$#.

I am getting the same calls day and night, same message and now they are harrassing
my daughter.

I received a call at my in laws hse about papers to serve,i called the number and got an answering machine.

Caller ID was blocked, I did not answer, voice mail message reads:

"This message is for (mispronounced my name). My name is Richard Jeffers. I have paperwork I need to serve you with at either your place of employment or residence. If you have any questions you may contact the plaintiff at (866) 579-5433.

I recieved a call from them and they left a voicemail stating they need to serve me but contact the plaintiff in the matter. Right there I knew it was a scam because no sheriffs office with call from unknown number. If they need to serve you , they would already know residence and employment location to do so, but thanks you guys for the info, I thought I was the only one.

Got a call from them.  Voice mail says they need to serve me a summons.  Tried them back and get voice mail hell.

Whoever is behind those threatning phone calls should be charged and prosecuted for threats and harrassmen. .You will be reported and it is only a matter of time till you are charged with making threats. All your are is a bunch of criminals and thugs. It is very sad, that you have to stoop to such low levels.  Enough- you will be found and you will be prosecuted!!
 No one fall for this SCAM!!  Please report them- and whatever you do DO NOT I REPEAT- DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY
 MONEY!!

Got several calls from Green Daley & Assoc and got tired of calling them back and requesting more info about my fictitious debt without them getting upset. I filed a complaint against them with the CFPB and called them to let them know, obviously them cussed at me and hung up on me. Now they're calling me from a "new number" which is 866-579-5433 saying they have papers to serve me. IT'S THE SAME PEOPLE so don't fall for it, don't give them any money nor any personal information.
